They always have a great selection of frozen yogurt. They also keep the toppings are very clean ensuring no cross contamination with nuts. One of our daughters has a nut allergy so they go above and beyond ensure the products my daughters choose are nut free - be yogurt place in the entire area

I want to thank this location for always giving my son and I amazing service. Especially today amidst the Coronavirus issues everywhere my son just wanted a frozen yogurt, and I, sanity. The gal that helped us was so sweet to put together the yogurt to his perfection and be every so sweet while doing it. Amazing experience from a location we frequent. Delicious ice cream and yogurt, especially Classic Tart is just outstanding (that's what the stars are for), however be cautious - this location actively signs you up to YogurtLand membership and does not participate in any franchise activities like email announced International Frozen Yogurt Day 5 oz giveaway. Even talking to the owner, who was onsite, did not bring any expected results where she stated - Add says "Participating YougurtLand locations" and my location does NOT participate! Will have to go to Walnut Creek location next time. Sorry, you just lost a few customers.

We went on their $5 special day last Tuesday. I was so excited about it. There were no signs in store, so I just grabbed a cup like usual and got everything I wanted, only to be told it was $10.45 for my cup. I mentioned the $5 deal and the cashiers said it was only for the small size and that he was sorry he hadn't mentioned it when we came in. I didn't want to waste the yogurt, so I just paid full price for it. I looked at the ad and it said "any cup", so it was a little confusing to be told otherwise. I later saw that the very fine print in the picture mentioned 16 oz cups, but it is confusing to see promos on Instagram for "any cup" or "any amount of froyo" and then have it not be the case. We were disappointed to pay extra. I hope others didn't have the same issue as us. It seemed like a great idea!

I appreciate they hosted our school fundraiser. I just don't like it. To me it's grainy and the flavors are really subtle, I can't taste the difference between them. The sheer number of toppings is admirable. Just because it's not my thing doesn't mean it's not good, my kid really likes it. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. The store is clean and staff are nice teenagers.

This has been a tradition for over 6 years for my family to go to have yogurt after school plays. This evening we were so disappointed!!! The sign says it closes at 9pm but when we showed up at 8:15 the kid who worked there had most of the toppings put away and was very rude. At 8:30 he turned 1/2 of the lights off. We will no longer be going to yogurtland. Soooooooo rude!!!
