Food of the gods. I have been hosting parties at my house/apt since early 1990s, and Zach's is the best pizza, works great with champagne, fancy enuf for the UC/Ivy crowd, and most kids love it too.

If you've visited another Zachary's location (Berkeley/Oakland; Pleasant Hill), then you know how great the pizza is here; if you haven't, you're in for a treat! Our family fave is the Chicago-style stuffed pizza; I believe our go-to is a Combination, with beef, sausage, mushrooms, & tomato stuffed inside the crust, with the hearty seasoned marinara sauced baked on top of the pie. Amazing! And filling: my family of 3 had enough of our Large pie left over from dinner to provide lunch for 2 the next day! A bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny: quality ingredients and sizable portions make Zachary's a good value!

I LOVE Zachary's. Their deep dish pizza is *chefs kiss*. Especially with their ranch? Magnificent. Their ranch is like homemade and the best ranch to exist. It takes a long time to get your pizza but that's b/c it's fresh and so thick that it just simply needs more time and let me tell you, it's worth it. Also don't underestimate the size. You think a small might not be big enough, but each slice is so hearty, that you fill up fast. I've been to Chicago and eaten deep dish there and I definitely think this place completes with those. It's just as good, if not better. Zachary's is a staple and I'll keep going forever and ever.

Fabulous deep dish pizza. Always perfectly baked, and the sauce is excellent. So glad this location opened up so that I don't have to go to Berkeley. Get the spinach and mushroom. It is pricey, but worth it as a treat.

Great Chicago style pizza with some local Cali brews. My friends and I had the Zackery special. They said 35-40 minutes but I think it wound up taking a lot less time. Awesome staff and service. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all their menu items. Even though it was my first time there but its my one of favorite places for pizzas. Service was accommodating and fast. The place gives a refreshing atmosphere. It was well worthy place to visit for me, and I recommend it to all my friends and they might find a well worthy place as well.

Lovvvve the hell out of this pizza. I discovered this spot 20-23 ago,when i lived in Sacramento. My friends and I loved this place so much we would always stop here for pizza on the way home from partying in the city on the weekends. For many years all of our bay trip ended at Zacharys Pizza. Our friends and us had an unspoken agreement that the person that got to go to Zacharys also buys 1 extra pizza for person that didn't go. But usually we got 2 extra pizzas. One to give to our friend that missed the trip and 1 take home for ourselves. It's quite possible that this is the best pizza I've ever had.
Old favorite. Delicious juicy pizzas. Not so cheesy as one would fear!

Normally I am not pizza guy but my family is and I am always sent here to order pizza for them yet this is the most delicious and fresh pizza I have ever eaten. I am not a fan for deep dish but yet this one is so good. My favorite is the regular pepperoni pizza and some how they make it so good. Price is based on quality and certainly will be ordering more in the future.

My first experience eating @ Zachary's was in the early 90's @ the location in Oakland on College Ave.Unfortunately, we don't live near any locations! So whenever we have a craving for a deep dish pizza, we try to find the closest Zachary's! ?This is our 1st time eating at this location and we were not disappointed!
