The place smelled disgusting, everything seemed very old. My burger only had 3 cm of lettuce and half a slice of tomato, it tasted good but why so few things?????

Poor Service, i was there this morning and the lady that took my order has an attitude and in a rush even if were not finish ordering. And i used my mcdo apps but didn't get the item.

I have been coming here for 5 years and ordering the same thing, 2 for $5 sausage mudding with scrambled eggs. Now 1 Manger says I can't get them with scrambled egg any more, but other managers say you can. I stopped coming to this location because of this reason.. the lines are to long to be told you can get what you want..so I have been going to other locations that allow it. Well I started coming here again last week, and once again I was told that I was allowed to order the scramble egg on my muffins. And then today after waiting in the long line, I was told no... McDonald's needs to set the menu the same for all location, and manages shouldn't be able to pick and choice what the want to serve. This is such an inconvenience on us.

Horrible service manager always has an attitude I always ask for my fries fresh made and 90% of the time they are clod cause they Ober cook for the rush hour but fries don't move in the early am so I get them cold you say something and the manager always get mad BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER

I'm giving this McDonald's 5 stars for sure.They are literally the closest place to get food after crossing the busiest border in the world.They always get your meal out quick and accurate.

This location is next to the San ysidro trolley line stop which I took to get to the las premias outlet mall instead of driving. They honor the deals on the McDonald’s app. So on this sweltering weekend a large soda came in handy. Since it’s during COVID no sit down seating available. Would suggest a little Spanish becuz they announce the orders in spanish
