This used to be one of my favorite starbucks not just for the great coffee but also for the location and overall vibe. However, as a regular customer, I’ve noticed the service has really gone downhill. The staff often seem inattentive, and while I get that scheduling or other issues might play a role, it doesn’t excuse the rudeness I’ve experienced.
One of the most frustrating things is how they close the lobby up to two hours earlier than the time listed on the door and online. It’s not just the early closure—it’s the way they ask you to leave, with a tone that feels unnecessary and rude. As someone who just wants to enjoy a coffee and relax, it’s disappointing.
Even simple questions, like asking about milk options for a latte, are sometimes met with a condescending attitude. It’s not a great experience, and I really hope they address these issues soon because it’s a shame to see such a good spot go downhill.

Don't know the name of the male worker you have in the mornings at the drive thru, but he's the only nice person I've really interacted with at this store. Don't know if this is her real name, but Daisy today was pretty rude. I know I have a stutter but her attitude and disrespect at the window sucked. The receipt is so you know the time and day this happened.

This location is understaffed in the mornings, especially during the holiday season. The woman working the drive thru didn't confirm the order correctly and made our coffee wrong. She came off kind of rude when we told her we had the wrong coffee because it looked like a completely different order. If there had not been so many people in the drive thru I might have waited for my order to be made correctly. I spent $16 on 2 coffees that were not even made correctly. It is really disappointing. Please make sure the employees are confirming the correct order with the customers. Thank you!

I don't know if they don't have enough staff, but is there a long wait, one to take your order and another to receive it, seriously? Just for coffee ... You always look at the line at Starbucks end you will think That's because of their famous coffee but it's actually because of the slow service they have.
