Disclaimer: I’m writing this review as a local Starbucks barista (I understand drinks can be made wrong sometimes on accident, but for it to be reoccurring, it becomes less understanding)
I go to this Starbucks usually, because it’s the closest one to my house, but this store has been disappointing recently-
I always mobile order my drink ahead of time, and by standard we are supposed to put it in a specific cup if it calls for “personal cup”
1. When I order my latte, they put it in a shaker and shake my latte, idk why they do that when they shouldn’t be.
2. It never has the extra modifications that I pay extra for (caramel drizzle, powders, foam), they should be waiting until I get there to add the toppings and lining to MY cup.
3. My sticker is never with my cup, so they don’t remember what their adding, when I tell them somethings are missing, they tell me “you should’ve told me earlier” (like it’s my fault), but it’s on the sticker that I mobile ordered over 10 min ago.
4. I went today (9.9.25), and she shook my drink in the shaker again, although this time she told me to “hold my cup outside the car window while she pours it in”, I don’t know where this standard came from but it’s for sure not right.
It seems the countless times I give the store a chance, they mess up more and more and I feel blamed for asking about things that should’ve been there, and I’m usually passive about my drink being made wrong. I don’t think I will be returning to this store, but I hope that the manager can please update baristas on the proper methods of mobile ordersđŸ«¶

I don’t know why they’re closing the store early than before, they usually close at 12:00 a.m or something like that, but know I think they closed around 10:00 PM, they’re loosing many customers

On drive thru if you don’t order through your mobile app. 90% of the time you’ll get the wrong items. Friendly staff though.

Today I went and I guess they didn’t had system, I try to order over the phone but it wouldn’t let me. When I got into the store it said there was no lobby just drive thru. I didn’t had a car since it was already parked and I was just by the nearest store, and walked through the drive thru (there was no cars ) and still wouldn’t let me order without a car even though there was no one ahead of us. This is quite arrogant. Service is service and I was willing to pay for it.

Today I did a trip to this place before my daughters soccer game which she got there late because the drive thru person was chitchating with her friend on the drive thru speaker which i don't think it acceptable then another employee got on the intercom and was chatting with the same customer and then after they got to the window to pay they chatted some more this was so rude to the full line of cars they had

This used to be one of my favorite starbucks not just for the great coffee but also for the location and overall vibe. However, as a regular customer, I’ve noticed the service has really gone downhill. The staff often seem inattentive, and while I get that scheduling or other issues might play a role, it doesn’t excuse the rudeness I’ve experienced.

One of the most frustrating things is how they close the lobby up to two hours earlier than the time listed on the door and online. It’s not just the early closure—it’s the way they ask you to leave, with a tone that feels unnecessary and rude. As someone who just wants to enjoy a coffee and relax, it’s disappointing.

Even simple questions, like asking about milk options for a latte, are sometimes met with a condescending attitude. It’s not a great experience, and I really hope they address these issues soon because it’s a shame to see such a good spot go downhill.
