I believe that since this place is usually very busy they dont have the best costumer service. I've been given my macha very clumpy, wrong drink. The staff is usually stressed in appearance and will say hi but very dry. The atmosphere isnt friendly. The drive thru long at times. Just a kind heads up.

I stop by this Starbucks almost every morning before my 6 AM shift, and I’ve noticed that compared to other locations, this one is by far the fastest and most consistent. They have never gotten my order wrong, which I really appreciate, especially during busy mornings. Another huge plus is that they’re bilingual. They always make sure to let customers know at the window, which makes communication easy and welcoming. Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Chula Vista!
