This is one of those places that has switched to kiosk ordering. The food was sub-par. I threw out two of the three items.
Seating is uncomfortable and bare bones.
Two stars instead of one because the girl that helped me with the kiosk was very hospitable and is doing a phenomenal job. Bathrooms were also clean. Music selection (Nine Inch Nails) was impressive.

They actually follow your order at least during the times I have gone, which are primarily nighttime. The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is due to he lack of consistency; sometimes it's amazing, other times it's just ok, which is not bad for fast food.

We dined in very dirty. Looked like a food fight . The food was not warm, not much taste blah Tortillas were hard not cooked properly. There was food and trash all over the place. Trash full tables dirty. Food on floor There were 3 people working or maybe 4. We were there a good 25 mins before someone started to clean. We were eating when they decided to clean. Not a great dining experience. Probably won't go again.

Bought a steak chalupa a few times from this Taco Bell and they don't like putting steak meat in the chalupa I had to talk to the manager about the chalupa a few times after this last time they lost my business. I wish I can share the picture of the six pieces of steak that I paid $6 for.
Every time I come here I receive great service overall, but my one start review come after the store rounding up after me saying no. I remember my total on the screen after ordering and after checking my receipt once home, the quantity was rounded. The cashier’s name is Sergio C. Be careful and confirm your total once again at the last window.

Food was ready in less than 2 minutes and all the employees are sweet and helpful! Very clean and welcoming compared to other fast food places. Will definitely be coming back !
The order taker Andrea was so sweet and kind she made me want to come here every time :) Costumer service is on point, other restaurants need to learn from this place!!!

I don't know what kind of oil they used but after I ate a Mexican pizza from there, I got heartburn really bad 😔. They probably used a very chip cooking oil . I would never eat Taco Bell again.
