Went absolutely downhill in the last year. I don’t usually write reviews like this but going to eat here threw off my whole day, first of all the cashier working got 5 peoples orders wrong somehow in the span that i ate there. Everytime she had took an order that was wrong she proceeded to bombard you with Spanish when we clearly communicated we do not speak, I have no problem with Spanish speaking food service workers but it gets to a certain point. The chicken club had a chicken breast SMALLER THEN THE SIZE OF MY PALM (as well when I received my sandwich that wasn’t even what I ordered ) , the avocado on both me and my friends burgers weren’t even sliced and spread correctly so we just had a huge chunk of what it tasted like was half day old avocado. The condiment’s bars peppericinis were literally soggy and you can tell that they have been sitting in there way longer then they should. My friend even stated how bad the Santa Barbara char was, which is usually a favorite item for me, the meat quality on both of our sandwiches was extremely disappointing for the high prices of the meals……. will not be returning to this habit location.

Watch the cooks, cleaning the kitchen, did not wash hands, put burgers on the grill. Cleaning the dining and filling drinks , no hand washing. I canceled my order and left.

Just got food poisoning from this location. Drive thru person was also extremely rude and talking to someone on his phone while taking my payment. Never said one word to me , just held out his hand for my card and handed it back to me. No thank you, no nothing... NASTY
