great store. been here for years, and so has it. everytime i am sick, i stop by to get some sugar and vitamins/minerals and usually perk right back up with this method. :P its clean inside, although their ceilings are a little... not-exactly-white looking. but otherwise the seats and surfaces are not sticky and there for the wait (usually 1-2 people in front of my whenever i visit)

UNCOMFORTABLE! I went to Jamba to get my kids their regular after school smoothie. When we got there, we saw manager Sachi giving the cashier a hard time. Minutes later she PULLED the workers shirt with so much aggression. Our smoothies were on point tho. Just very uncomfortable to see Sachi mistreat her workers because she has a higher rank.

Sarah has a rude attitude and not very patient and didn't even want to explain what drinks I could choose from with the reward that was offered! And had a attitude and told me to just get it next time cause she wasn't patient enough to let me know what a certain drink was .... Please make your employees more knowledgeable about what they have if they are gonna work front of house and take orders!
My order was mixed up. I don't understand how teenagers can manage the store. I also witnessed how badly they treat their employees. The manager was very unprofessional, especially the way she treated her coworkers.
