We found this place by mistake, but was so happy they could accommodate my gluten allergy. They have gluten free bed and also offered to make it without bread. Sandwiches were delicious and the service was great! Thank you so much!!

In the area and wanted to get two sandwiches, so i decided to try this place. First and last time I'll come here terrible service, very cold atmosphere / staff not to mention the single piece of cold cuts. Jersey Mikes by far a better place.

This was incredibly underwhelming..The cleanliness was terrible..Literally when I visit a place the first thing I check for is the cleanliness of the staff and environment..They never changed there gloves, my sandwiche was made on a metal surface, NO PLASTIC OR PAPER underneath it, the staff was polite but nothing covering there hair...I would NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....

If you are unable or unwilling to do anything to resolve a customer's negative experience, don't respond to a negative review. It's appreciated when an owner responds directly to a review, but not when they attempt to deflect responsibility for a negative experience onto the customer. Accept responsibility for your overpriced virtually empty business. It's not the customer's fault. Change some things or go out of business. It's that simple. Just a few tweaks, and you'll be the best shop in Monterey, albeit with smaller margins. Half of something is better than all of nothing. Best of luck to you.

They have the nerve to charge $15.95 for a sandwich and try to serve a single layer of cold cuts between two enormous pieces of bread. Then the upcharge for extra is another $7.00. Nothing at all special about this $22.95 sandwich. Add in the Ala cart chips and drinks, and this was the most expensive, most mediocre sandwich lunch I've bought in a long time. Easy to see why the place was stone empty.

I’ve been eating Jerseys since I was in grade school. I remember on the days I didn’t bring a lunch from home, my favorite sight was my mom walking up with a bag with my favorite Jerseys sandwich. It’s still my favorite place and I actually don’t remember the last time I got a sandwich anywhere else! Nothing beats the fresh baked bread. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Now I’m married and my husband loves it too. When he asks what I want for lunch, he knows I’ll never turn down a Jerseys sub! I love supporting local businesses, especially one I’ve enjoyed consistently for as long as I can remember!
Tasty fresh sandwiches for your beach picnic. Friendly customer service. Nice collection of music memorabilia. We will be back.

Sandwiches are great, but customer service sucks. Today when I was given my change back it was given to me on top of my sandwich I didn't want to complain because I'm not a Karen but wow. I'm speechless (I come here all the time) I'm Hispanic they never greet me but when a white person walks in "hello, how are you, what can I get for you today". Employees need better training on their customer service skills. They look like they hate their job look for another one. Even tho I love their sandwiches I won't be spending my money here. It's a shame!! This happened on Saturday 9/2 between 3:00 - 3:20. Tall big dude with a hair bun.

This place had some good tasting sandwiches similar to Jersey Mikes. The family enjoyed their subs and felt they were all fresh tasting and delicious. They were a little on the pricey side but considering the quality of the other local options it wad somewhat justified. The service was fine with the only exception I has trouble getting a soft drink refill from the worker when the sigh they had up clearly said free refills. Don’t understand how that was overlooked but the manager or owner quickly made it right. The restaurant is small and there is nothing special about it’s sitting arrangements or decor. Would recommend if you are looking for fresh and good tasting subs in the area.
Parking: Plenty of parking considering it’s next to a Costco.

Was delivering a car for Rio Vista Chevrolet. Com...found Jerseys on a whim. Glad I did. What a great sandwich...so many to choose from. Fresh bread of your choice, fresh cut meats...and the works. The many throwback pictures on the wall..Amazing!! Been there 30 yrs. If I'm in the area again...going back!!
