I’d avoid coming here they literally are so rude and inconsiderate and get mad if you sit and check if they gave you everything you ordered especially because they always get something wrong or forget something even if it’s a very small order they send you to park even if the order is small and if you go in they are no help and have a horrible attitude when you’re just trying to order honestly they need a whole new crew they are so bad to their customers for no reason at all also ALWAYS give something wrong.

So I sent my friends to get 3 kids meal I called first and ask the person on the phone to put Michaelangelo in the meals she said yes when I received the meals it was Leonardo so my friend went back tried exchange them she wouldn't then I called again the other employee said she would sent my friend she refused to exchange them.

Save your money and order a regular size.. they won’t fill it up all the way anyways.. second time with a horrible experience.. last visit they parked me and all I ordered was 2 large fries.. fries were barely warm when I got them.. for 20$ an hour you’d think they’d do better..

I ordered take out, but when we arrived to pick it up, the McDonald’s was closed and I couldn’t pick up my food. Had to get an entire refund.
The bread was stale and they did not provide straw for the drinks. My complaint is leaned more towards the fact that the bread was not fresh and it was noticeable.

Literally they’re always forgetting something of my order. 3rd time in a month and a half. So annoying. They also close at 9:55 and will ignore you if you go up. I’ve driven there many times where they close early yet can still see people inside. Waste of gas and time. The other McDonald’s in Seaside by in n out is better.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Sadly it's the only one in Sand City so I still go often. Big orders are almost always wrong or missing something. Customer service is poor. Today I went in the drive-thru to order 1 Fish sandwich. When I got to the second window, the lady tells me to park because my 1 sandwich isn't ready yet. I said no and she asked if I wanted my money back. I responded that I'll wait right here for my 1 sandwich. Sorry but I don't go in the drive-thru so you can ask me to park anyway. And not for 1 measly sandwich. They do this all the time and it's absurd. I can understand making someone with a very large order park and wait. But I will NEVER park and wait for a small order. Learn how to do your job correctly, because that's not the point of a drive-thru. Again this is a terrible McDonald's. Poor management at best. Avoid if possible.
