The bread was stale and they did not provide straw for the drinks. My complaint is leaned more towards the fact that the bread was not fresh and it was noticeable.

Literally they’re always forgetting something of my order. 3rd time in a month and a half. So annoying. They also close at 9:55 and will ignore you if you go up. I’ve driven there many times where they close early yet can still see people inside. Waste of gas and time. The other McDonald’s in Seaside by in n out is better.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Sadly it's the only one in Sand City so I still go often. Big orders are almost always wrong or missing something. Customer service is poor. Today I went in the drive-thru to order 1 Fish sandwich. When I got to the second window, the lady tells me to park because my 1 sandwich isn't ready yet. I said no and she asked if I wanted my money back. I responded that I'll wait right here for my 1 sandwich. Sorry but I don't go in the drive-thru so you can ask me to park anyway. And not for 1 measly sandwich. They do this all the time and it's absurd. I can understand making someone with a very large order park and wait. But I will NEVER park and wait for a small order. Learn how to do your job correctly, because that's not the point of a drive-thru. Again this is a terrible McDonald's. Poor management at best. Avoid if possible.

They only have 1 screen to order food and will not help take your order at the counter. With many employees walking around and nobody helps until you stand there long enough. I noticed people staring at me like I'd never been at s McDonald's. I will definitely not come here again!!
They forgot my chicken nuggets in my big order and my drunk girlfriend got mad and yelled at me for it. Thanks guys.

They're not known for customer service, that's for sure. No outlets to charge phones, no refills, no toilet seat liners in either bathrooms and it's been that way for years.
On top of all these inconveniences, they also won't help you in the lobby but instead walk an 80 year old lady to their only self order kiosk that doesn't even have an option to buy a senior coffee.
The owners of this "restaurant" are aware of all this, they just don't care because they're cheap and don't want to hire a cashier just because the minimum wage went up to $20.00
