McDonald's has come the worst in customer service, now one can only order at the kiosk, there are like ten employees working in the back with no customer service skills, I am a washer too and the food takes too long to be prepared and ready to take out. Quick service. Food was as expected. But I went thru the drive thru, no one else there at the time. They told me to pull around to the curbside delivery. And then immediately brought my food. I could have waited at the drive thru window for the 60 seconds it took to make my meal….
Makes literally no sense. Very annoying. I would have just done curbside delivery

I order on the McDonald’s app and I got the big breakfasts and Mc muffin and they never got the order and we waited for a long time then they made it and they did not give me my mc muffin and got my order wrong

I’d avoid coming here they literally are so rude and inconsiderate and get mad if you sit and check if they gave you everything you ordered especially because they always get something wrong or forget something even if it’s a very small order they send you to park even if the order is small and if you go in they are no help and have a horrible attitude when you’re just trying to order honestly they need a whole new crew they are so bad to their customers for no reason at all also ALWAYS give something wrong.
So I sent my friends to get 3 kids meal I called first and ask the person on the phone to put Michaelangelo in the meals she said yes when I received the meals it was Leonardo so my friend went back tried exchange them she wouldn't then I called again the other employee said she would sent my friend she refused to exchange them.
