This is the most wonderful Panera location. The staff is so nice and helpful- especially Amber, Raquel and Jordan. They make you feel at home. I also love Paneras full menu, lots of options. Love the free refills and sip club. Everything is fresh and welcoming.
Needs a thorough cleaning on the inside...
They will cook lunch items during breakfast hours!
Lamest sandwich I’ve had in a long time.
Nobody was at the counter when we arrived for a few minutes. Bathrooms were a mess and needed service. Tables were dirty.
Good food. Staff can be a little more friendly.
The first pic is what’s shown. The next two are what was received.
Truly pathetic and a waste of $10
This was the worst experience I've had at a Panera. I placed a simple sandwich order, which was supposed to be ready in about 8 minutes, but it ended up taking over 35 minutes. When I arrived, the staff seemed unwelcoming and uninterested, with unfriendly expressions. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet I had to wait an additional 25 minutes because the workers were moving so slowly. To make things worse, I witnessed a staff member acting irritated toward an elderly man who was ordering at the counter. It was clear that he had a disability, yet the worker showed no patience or kindness. Truly disappointing service.
Average
The only redeemable thing about this place is the staff is friendly and it’s easy to order. Panera made big claims earlier this year in April about lowering prices and increasing portions. Well, the sub-par Mac n cheese that tasted like it came out of a box and was made with water was $13.00, and the caprese sandwich was also $13.00 and didn’t include tomatoes because they were out! This place is a joke with their portions and pricing. Never eating at Panera again 👎🏽

This is my favorite Panera to go to. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. I’m partial to their soups, but I can’t think of anything else I’ve had that was bad. Not what I thought I was craving? Yeah. But bad? No.

me and my sister came to visit sand city California, we were hungry had a crazy party last night woke up with a hangout so we needed a pick me up so we decided to get some soup from Panera and let me tell you that was the best decision we have ever made within seconds so we arrived to Panera and we are greeted so very nicely by Victoria standing with a beautiful bright smile and so we weren’t sure what we wanted exactly so Victoria started to recommend different kinds of soups and then offered us some samples so we got to try all of them and see which one worked for us so then a sweet young lady named Amber came out as well and started to recommend some delicious blueberry lavender lemonade and treated us so special made us feel so welcomed and just to top
Off the whole experience the food was amazing. And I think Amber and Victoria have GREAT FANTASTIC customer service !!! And deserve a raise !!!

I Ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup. I Didn't like that,my soup was luke warm. My sandwich was just ok, didn't like that they don't use ice berg lettuce or romaine. Leafy greens in a sandwich is just not my forte. Don't think I'll go there again.

Used to like Panera, but this one has gone downhill fast. They seem totally understaffed, and they sell out (predictably) of bagels on a weekend morning.
