Excellent selection of draft and bottled beers (with bottles available to take out). Also a great place to get together for board games or just hang out.

I went here with some friends since we saw a new place in the area. I've been. To their Sand City location and was surprised this new location had a small food selection. The service was fast and friendly- I had a delicious porter- one of about 20 they had to select from. We also got some onion rings and "avocado fries". My surprise at the food was tempered by the fact that this is still a bar. Both were served in paper lined plastic baskets, and the fries (4) looked so lonely sliding around in the basket. Decor is kinda funny- they took over an old Eriks deli-cafe and kept it pretty much the same.

Place is great for craft or harder to find beers. Couple of wines are available too but really just beer house with some on tap and plenty more in bottle or can. No food on site but they allow BYOF.

The bartender is always so sweet. Décor is hand painted dragons that transport me to another world. Great brews and cider and just always a lovely crowd. It’s our crew’s after-rehearsal go-to place. Very fun. Food trucks outside offer good fare.

Love this place. Came in with my buddy Kyle smith, and cannot stop saying....post no bails. Beer was great service great. I was eventually becoming a raptor, but then.....went full zaptor.

Post No Bills s is a fun beer house to pop in to on a weeknight. The selection of beer is great, cold, and quick. I appreciate the vast selection that they have and that they normally have a food truck out in front for some food well enjoying their beer. And the bartenders are friendly and easy-going. We enjoy stopping in during Sand City events or after shopping at Costco.

Looks like a nice place. Came up on a dog friendly search. This place is not dog friendly, no dogs allowed. No outside dining. Just an FYI. Don't take your dog. Google forcing me to rate. Looks like a nice place. Parking, not too busy.

Always an amazing selection! I'm a huge fan of stouts and sours and this place always delivers! There isn't any hard liquor, it's a more chill place. Board games are next to the couches and the TV's always are playing sports games on mute. Great music and there's usually a food truck or something outside. A STRONG recommendation for locals

I visited during a Sierra Nevada event where they featured SN beers. It was a nice night because the folks weren't all about SN beers and they had San Diego beer like Societe in their chiller. Loved having so many beers in cans/bottles to choose from in addition to beers on tap.

This little known taphouse, hidden in the heart of Sand City is a local favorite. Owner Kai and the rest of his ‘beertenders’ offer a Cheers-like atmosphere among the regulars, always friendly and open for good conversation. Post has a rotating array of taps with something for everyone. In a world currently dominated by IPA’s, Post No Bills always has an eclectic variety, no matter what you’re interested in. And if the taplist doesn’t thrill your gorilla, there’s probably over two hundred selections in cans and bottles. They have a nice patio for warmer days and I’ve never seen the bathrooms less than clean. They regularly have food trucks outside to help sober up if you’ve overestimated your alcohol to blood level ratio! And every month they have a tap takeover, usually offering special to go four packs, coupled with a draft and collectors glass for a little over $20. There are tv’s available for game day and Happy Hour offerings every day but Saturday. The only negative is that the place does get packed on the weekends, but it honestly only adds to the charm.

Great tap room! It's a large space, with tables and plenty of seating at the bar. They had a great selection of beer on tap and it looked like a hundred beers in cans that you could purchase. I was there just as it opened so it never got too crowded. The beertender wasn't overly friendly but he was attentive. I had great conversations with other customers.

Clean, friendly place to grab a beer and fill your growler to go. We look forward to the Carmel By The Sea location opening in the Barnyard.
