These employees are a joke. As society would have it, small brains works these positions, and it shows. I can charge my car (20 minutes) faster than these turtles can make an ice lemonade. Treat customers like "drugs addicts" as the guy with long hair behind the counter calls us (assuming he's the manager but honestly couldn't tell with the lack of professionalism visually and verbally.). We don't owe you our hard earned money and sure as heck don't you deserve it. Insult your customers while providing subpar service LOL what is wrong with people. This sense of entitlement is astonishing! Sad when McDonald's employees have better customer service than Starbucks. They would rather distract themselves from their jobs while they talk trash about past customers in front of waiting customers. Worker with hair down to his shoulders had no hair net and dirty clothes while the other gentlemen moved like dialup from 1998After waiting I turned petty and asked for a refund on my $7 lemonade after waiting 20 minutes and let empty handedNot worth the wait & Starbucks is not worth my money. We had a good run SB , looks like I'm going back to Pete's and Dutch Bros

The latte was good and the people working were kind, but they didn’t change their gloves between handling my money and putting the lid on my coffee… not sure the point of wearing gloves if you don’t change them out.

I have been to this Starbucks countless times and the staff always greets you with a smile, but the two staff members working this morning went above and beyond. They took the time to pay attention that I was trying to order vegan and let me know what I could order instead. Their warmth, sincerity and customer service was outstanding. I wish I knew their names. I think Bryan and I didn't catch the girls name. But Starbucks is lucky to have them.
