We wondered if this place not really expecting to a decent place to grab breakfast on our way. Even though the place was pretty packed were seated within 10 minutes. Blossom Trail Café is one of my go-to spots when I’m in the mood for a solid breakfast. I especially love their omelettes they’re cooked the right way. A lot of places just cook the eggs, toss in the fillings, and fold it over, but here they actually cook the ingredients first, then add the egg cooked in with the ingredients. It makes a huge difference, and honestly, it tastes just like a homemade omelette.
