I ordered a burrito with chips and guacamole, as a drive thru order. Once I got home, I saw a burrito bowl container. I was disappointed that they got my order wrong. I opened the bowl to find a large burrito inside (see picture). Yes, I was fooled. Good job!

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle located in Sanger, CA. I am a regular customer and visit this location every day around 10:45 PM. The posted closing time is 11:00 PM.
However, today the store was already closed at 10:45 PM with no explanation. The employees did not come to the door to provide a reason, and instead they laughed while I was standing outside. This felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I drive from Fresno to Sanger every day — about a 15-minute trip — specifically for this Chipotle. It is extremely frustrating to arrive before the posted closing time and find the store closed early without any communication.

Ordered for pickup through chipotle-lane. I arrived at 8:55pm, order said it would be ready by 9pm. I understand I was there 5 minutes early. 9:10pm(15 minutes) later the girl who at the moment of arrival was working the window side of pickups getting to-go orders ready still had not once opened the window to ask for my name. She then disappeared towards the front of the store where I could no longer see her. 5 minutes passed I was able to get the attention of a male worker, only for him to hand me my order that was sitting on the to-go tray this whole time since I arrived. I got home and of course my entire food order was cold 30 minutes later.

The food at chipotle is always so yummy and consistent, I love me some white people mexican food. But dang can y'all mix up the ingredients in the burrito, like why I gotta wait to get to the bottom of the burrito to finally taste my guacamole and cheese. oh yeah and why is the rice hard, I think I got the end of the pot lol..

ok, they are getting better, been here about 3 times. My hubby likes it more than I. The guacamole was super sour and salty, i believe its to preserve from browning and so we don't ask for more. The corn and tomatoes salsa was super sour too, so, becareful what you want more of. Well, overall, I must say, quite tasty and different. And I also notice that the burrito bowl they fill, is not a small amount, bc, when I got home, I dumped the contents into my bowl at home, and it fill it to the brim, mind you my bowl is not small. I believe, who I saw, is the manager, and is working very hard to make sure things are going well.

Left a bad taste in my mouth before I even paid… light on the meat but heavy on the rice! The girl working scraped all the dried beans off the side instead of taking the time to refill the beans, I said a little bit on chili and she’s puts a huge spoonful i tell her I said a little bit that’s a lot ! but she’s pretended like she didn’t hear me, she half butt wraps my burrito so it fell apart as I was trying to eat it. She added so much chili I had to refill my drink 3 times! Definitely don’t recommend if you want your moneys worth, this definitely wasn’t it terrible customer service…. Definitely see why there weren’t very many customers….
