Love their carnitas and barbacoa by the lb . Their bread is good, usually fresh except for one day of the week (the panadero needs a day off too. Where I have a problem is service . The hours posted are not followed we’ve gotten there exactly when their supposed to be open and have had to wait 10 minutes for someone to pull up and unlock the door, then she (the cashier) ignored us because she was setting up the tables and chairs still that should’ve been set up prior to opening. Then today we go at 7:40 pm (hours say they close at 8) to get some bread and they are already closed !! frustrated because state food was our go to until we found a fly baked into a cookie and decided to give Cristal a shot again now Cristal has failed us, again !

The best food in town home style food made fast I had the chimichanga beef and add on of rice and refried beans came out to 17.98 big plate comes with red sauce to put over the chimichanga! A lot of flavor the lady is a great cook she makes it nice and crunchy and inner soft meat rice is really good flavor like my grandma use to make comes with side salad i definitely would come again

This place has been around forever and it's a really good and comfortable the food is awesome and the sweet bread is delicious lots to choose from

I have been coming to this place for 30 + years, it is awesome. I just had a Carnitias Torta for lunch which is why I wanted to complement the cook and business with my gratitude. This place is perfect, for those who don't give them 5 stars - we have very different expectations.

There’s this heavier set girl that works there that has the most rotten attitude when taking orders. She can’t even get the order right and kills the whole vibe of what crystal bakery is. She makes me not want to eat there. Thankfully the food is still good.

Your best bet is to stand behind the person who self calls himself a cook! I ordered a potato ,egg, cheese burrito and got mashed potatoes and beans!! Won't be ordering anything from there unless I'm am standing right there! So mad!!! Not first time either, this was their 2nd chance....good luck

Love the Menudo on SUNDAY ONLY. The best menudo I’ve had outside of home. It is not spicy hot, but has authentic flavor and plenty of hominy in it. I come from out of town for it every sonoften, but the pan dulce is the best around, better any bakery around. I have had pan from Dinuba, Reedley, Fresno, Parlier! I am telling you, make a stop here for pan dulce and some breakfast or lunch! It’s all good and such a pleasure!
