it was an awful experience, the service there was terrible they got our orders wrong even after explaining it correctly, and the vanilla shake was made wrong adding ice blocks.

Was at the window line for 5 minutes without being approached or a simple “hey I’ll be there with you right now” mind you there wasn’t a single soul in the line besides me I got annoyed and took off the day before I was also in the drive through line and I was in line for almost 40 minutes and still getting to the window the girls are laughing and taking forever to give me my order and I kindly let her know that I’ve been in like for almost 40 minutes and as she hands me my drinks she has a pissed face. The people working here are rude and look like they don’t want to be doing their job ! With their attitudes

Quality is not consistent. I can go to 3 different dutch bros and order the same drink but it tastes different at each location. Employees focused more on talking to each other than quality. Still not bad drinks though, I'd rather have a happy worker and a drink thats slightly different than a miserable employee

This location needs to train its staff better! The barista was arguing with me about their NON flavored protein latte having caramel. Their website does not show this. She remade my order and still got it wrong

This Dutch had 3 vehicles took forever for the ordering. Also took forever making one drink 20mintes in line ridiculous wait time.

I just wanted to share yesterday my mom and elderly lady her car shut off in the drive thru and some of the employees came to help her push the car to a parking spot we are from out of town and they didn't hesitate to help so I wanted to Thank you crew for helping her so much it is greatly appreciated and her and her granddaughter love come over her to get dutch (it's out of their way) but because service is always good and now it's above and beyond Thank you so much
