I personally love this Dutch Bros. The longest I have ever waited in line was maybe 30 minutes & there were upwards of maybe 10 cars. I love the freezes & the vanilla chai!Kid-friendliness: My kids love here because the hot drinks aren’t too hot for them & they love the cups!

It was fast, barely friendly yet it's common at this Dutch Bros, at least they weren't rude like last time.My pup knows when were at Dutch Bros, he will whine softly until he gets his puppy cup. He licks the cup clean! ??Our coffee was good. I've learned to come get my coffee and ignore the service at this location.

Would give zero stars ordered a freeze today so my kids could share a drink…. They gave them a breve…..!!!!!!!!! Even when I specifically asked for a FREEZE(none caffeinated kids drink)Didn’t know till after when I looked at the receipt..!!This is sooooo unacceptable… I let my 2 and 3 year old share this….Now I’m absolutely freaking out…And yea before you come at me saying “we’ll why would you get ur kids a drink at all they are so sugary..” I’m aware I’ve never boughten them a drink before ever I thought this would be a cute first time experience get a drink share it with them and get a cute sticker my toddler would love thing.. obviously didn’t end up going well.

Bro this place is trash, they always get my order wrong, and compared to every Dutch bros location in the area, this has got to be the worse. Like respectfully, take a few more seconds to make sure the drinks are right bc if I’m spending my money on a drink I’d at least want it to be correct. Starbucks has never failed me so I started going there instead lmfao.

Today 7/7/23, Joseph from sanger turned my day around! I never thought someone so young and kind would be so compassionate! I had forgotten my wallet, (i live in fresno) i had some money delivered to grab my daughter a drink and when he asked about my day, i just opened up to him. He was welcoming, friendly and the drink he made, looked like it was photo shopped drink. It was perfect. I travel through Kingsburg to get dutch, but now i will traveling through sanger to get my dutch! Please recognize him for his professionalism, compassion and friendliness! Thank you

The young girl working outside in the drive through line must be upset she has to work, on 7/2/23 around 1130am she had this horrible attitude when I asked how come she didnt help me and instead helped cars that came after me, she was combative, and when i tried moving on i asked for help ordering and she said “oh now you want me to help you after youve been yelling me” wasnt yelling was talking firm, i can tell shes not used being talked to firm and direct thats why shes got an attitude problem. Hope she gets fired you dont treat people like that
