Called for some information regarding the wine tasting that they offer and the woman that answered the phone stated she couldn't hear me. When I spoke up she seemed annoyed and then she kept me on hold for over 25 mins. Guess I'm going somewhere else!

I deliver grapes here during the season. Crushers are constantly breaking down, they are one of the slowest wineries to deliver too. It gets overcrowded during peak season since it has a small lot. The workers here are really nice though so that does help. I will add that when it's not busy, it's not that bad.

The lady to whom I spoke in their scheduling department was irritated. She seemed very indignant that I would ask to schedule an order for pick up that "had just been received and would not be ready for at least five days!" Wow...you would think they would want to get their product to their customers in a timely manner.
