I come through the drive-through often food is always decent, but customer service is always rude and very negative my cashier today in the drive-through Arcella G is was by far beyond rude, no communication no hello no thank you no no nothing. Try to ask her a question. Continue to argue with me about some ranch. If you donât like your job then maybe you should go somewhere where you can work where thereâs no people around you instead of customer service

Found a bug leg in my food. Reached out to corporate but they didnât reach out or do anything. Very disappointed and disgusted. I really loved this place. Now itâs all I think about and donât see myself ever going back.

As I entered the building on a cold autumn evening I was embraced by the interiors warmth and aroma of coffee. The staff were all enthusiastic, attentive and friendly. My custom orders were all honored. Their garlic Parmesan wings are as good as the wing spots at a fraction of the cost. A great place to visit when youâre in the area.
Dietary restrictions: Customized teriyaki bowls with no rice add extra veggies are my current go to.
Weâve been to this location before but we have never had a rude experience until today. My husband ordered through the drive thru & the gentleman was nice. Once it was time to pay & receive our food, the girl named MARIA, was flat out rude. She gave my husband a Redbull, & my husband asked for the sugar free Redbull. Maria said âyou didnât ask for it thoughâ & my husband NICELY said âyes I did I told the guy when I ordered.â She left & handed us the correct drink. When giving us the food, my husband asked for ranch. With an attitude, Maria said âhow many?â And my husband replied âjust 2 please.â Maria then said âIâm only going to give you 1 since I already gave you BBQ.â My husband then said, ânever mind itâs okay like that , thank youâ& drove off. Weâve neverrrr had someone tell us we can only have a certain amount of condiments⌠plus we never asked for BBQ & it was only 1.
