I’ve been coming to this place for many years as the ice cream is delicious; however, I had the worst customer service experience with a lady working there. The lady working there looked very upset for whatever reason and she gave me a nasty attitude in front of my kid. I did not want to make a scene in front of my kid, but the owner needs to seriously consider who he/she hires as this lady working there is definitely. Shame on this person for ben so rude.

Hours show to close at 10:00pm advertised online and on the door. Drove out there arrived at 9:15pm two employees were there with the door locked laughing pretending like they didn’t see me. First time going to try out this place, however after what I just encountered I’ll continue going to my usual ice cream shop.

Everyone here is so friendly, and attentive. It does get busy from time to time but don't let that stop you from going. The ice cream was great, but I mainly to because of the Aguas Frescas that a coworker recommended to me. I'm glad I went because wow! They're really tasty! My favorite being the pineapple flavored one, or even the cucumber lime.

My go to place for Mangonadas. The flavor is on point and so refreshing on a hot summer day! Must try!

Got the Cheeto Loco platter contains hot Cheetos pork skin cucumber and Japanese peanuts and the pork skin had mold on it. Called the store they said it’s okay cause they apparently barely got the pork skin yesterday 6/23/21 which was as supposedly fresh but i realized the pork skin had all kinds of dark spots which was obviously mold. Definitely not going back to this place again.
