Every time I go, there is some kind of issue. Waiting time has been 25 minutes, or I've encountered a staff member being rude after they made a mistake with my order. That's why I chose to do the pizza portal.

Be sure to place your order ahead of time because it takes about 20 minutes to get the order ready but at least it was fresh.

The pizza is made well...the place had no place to sit. Usually, it's a bunch of young kids, so they have no customer service experience.

2nd time food was taken from kiosh by a random thief, staff remade order which required me to wait additional time. Defeats the on line ordering for faster service.

I ordered a few pizza tonight. The pretzel pizza I received was cold. You can tell it's been sitting there for a long while. I placed the order and picked it up within 15 minutes. Extremely disappointed with this location.

Tried paying with a 100 dollar bill and didn’t even hand it to her and was rude about not accepting it when they have NO sign anywhere stating they don’t accept large bills. I’ve never had an issue before paying with large bills till today

We always receive great pizza from here. The food is prepared hot and exactly as ordered. The staff is friendly and the place is clean inside. We come here at least once a month and they never disappoint us.
