My family stopped here while we were out of town. The food was hot and good. No complaints. But the service here needs new training or a new manager for better customer service. We proceeded to use the kiosk and placed our $50 order. We needed to use the bathrooms and when we asked the lady what the red hair (I'm assuming the manager since she was wearing a burgundy shirt) If we can use the bathrooms, I had to ask her three times to unlock it.. since they are locked. The last time I had to ask her to unlock it so my kids can use the bathrooms. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then when our food was done we needed extra napkins and sugar for our coffee and when we asked her she still looked irritated and this was only 7:00 in the morning. I don't understand why you work there if you are that miserable, if you are miserable, your whole team is miserable and that leads to bad customer service not just on the employees but the restaurant. More training needed for the manager and her crew.

Horrible customer service. Worse experience ever. The supervisor or manager what ever he was calling himself was very rude and not helpful at all couldn’t find my order that I made on online, order was placed for curbside pickup and website didn’t give me an option to enter the slot number so i got off to find out what happen but left from there very irritated because he didn’t even bother to help he just kept sayI can’t do anything and walked away

Sometimes I get a good meal & fresh fries everything but sometimes they don’t look good this was from a month ago a fry was undercooked

We usually try not to come here unless it’s a last resort meal, but somehow we end up here more often than planned. A recurring issue is having to remind staff about missing items in our orders, which can be frustrating. Parking in this lot is also a bit tedious.

The drive-thru is convenient and usually quick, but the food quality is hit or miss. Today, half of our order came out hot while the other half was cold definitely not the best experience.

On a lighter note, this location did make the news when John Legend came through the drive-thru recently. That was pretty cool hopefully his order wasn’t like ours, half hot and half cold!

I had to wait in the parking lot for my food for almost an hour after I was told to park in the front. Once I went in, they said they forgot that we had ordered, despite having paid, and even after they gave me food, they forgot more food, forcing me to go inside again, and get the rest of the food. Worst experience ever

Asked for a double cheeseburger plain and after 3 times it still had onions on it. And the manager acts like you’re inconveniencing them when asking for a refund when they can’t make a basic cheeseburger.

Very horrible experience. Two different times I have placed mobile orders and when I go pick them up, they claim they have no record of my orders. The app clearly shows pick up codes and the correct address and I have the charges on my debit cards. Their excuse is “it’s a 3rd party app”. I’m sure they have some control over their app. They should shut it off if it is not working. Now I have to wait more then 2 business days for my money to be put back. Which there are no guarantees. Not ordering through the mobile app anymore and may not return to this location. The staff is no help. No people skills, poor customer service.
