I wouldn’t expect exemplary service at Mc D’s. I would expect the food to be hot and I would expect at least a smile. On this morning’s visit I received neither. As the only person in the restaurant, I know the staff wasn’t overwhelmed. It felt like they forgot the Customer is the one who pays their wage and they need customers to return. There was plenty of gossip about Fernando behind the counter this morning and they still charge full price for food that is tepid in temperature and served with a frown. Today was my last visit to this location as this wasn’t my first negative experience here.

Food is great if they were consistently open. It shows as 24hr drive through. It’s not. You will be luck if it’s open by 6am.

Picked my kids up some nuggets and asked for a water for me. Was not informed I was being charged $1.50 for it which is the same price as any beverage. Put mega bad taste in my mouth. Wont be back if management is that strapped for cash.

Came in through the drive through to get a breakfast combo. They told me the hash brown machine has not been turned on and that it will be a few minutes. I have been waiting for 15 minutes and they have not brought me my food.
