Placed a bkf order on the mobile app and paid. I was told “we received your order but we didn’t accept it on our end because we aren’t serving bkf anymore”. I've seen those place change so many times throughout the years but it seems like in the recent years it's starting to struggle. Service is mediocre, food is wrong constantly , and the place looks like it needs and update.

Dine in or take out still going to have a probability of 90% of your order being wrong. Breakfast or lunch there's no brunch there's no anytime breakfast, prices have increased and quality has declined. Glad McDonald's gives our younger population jobs in our community, usually restrooms are available. Use the app, kiosk don't waste your time w anything else.
