The food is normally very yummy and hot. When I do pickup, it’s normally colder and old food even though I pick it up on time. The staff aren’t the nicest and seem like they always have attitude. I went yesterday and there was one nice girl so maybe they finally hired someone nicer? She actually smiled and was polite.

I order a double chow mein and double orange chicken everytime I come in. My double chow mein was not close to a double and neither was my orange chicken. I am very disappointed that I paid $14 for this plate and it’s not close to the amount of food that I should have received. I could have paid for a bowl size for the amount of food I had gotten.

About 6 months ago I went to this Panda Express here in Sanger Ca. I had ordered Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and brown steamed rice. I also requested two orders of the Spring Rolls. One order of Spring Rolls comes with two. After getting home I noticed that the young lady only gave me one order of springs rolls. I called so that they could give me a refund for one of the orders that they forgot to place in my bag. I called to advise of their mistake and to please provide me with a refund over the phone. I was refused this request and was basically forced to have to come back to the store so that they could refund me what i was owed. Now I was tired irritable from a long day and just having to drive all the way back to the restaurant was very inconsiderate of them.today4/11/24 my wife asked if I could please go to Panda Express to pick her up some Spring Rolls. I figured a while has already passed and was hopeful that nothing of the same would happen again. I gave it another shot and there is nothing I will not do for my wife. When I got there, I ordered a medium box of Steamed Brown Rice; one medium box of Kung Pow Chicken and two orders of the Spring Rolls. This time I made sure that I received my full order. After getting home I sat down to enjoy my dinner and my wife enjoyed her Spring Rolls. Once we finished, my wife asked for the receipt. I told her it was on the kitchen counter. I could hear my wife asking me, "Where is the Pepper Steak"? Pepper Steak! I didn't order any Pepper Steak. I got charged for Pepper Steak when I never even ordered it in the first place.There I go again, back to Panda Express to get my refund. The young lady at the register offered to give me a plate of pepper steak. I stated no, I did not want pepper steak. I wanted my refund for the erroneous charge. She then excused herself to go talk to who I assume is the manager. the Manager came back and told me that she would give me a gift card with the correct amount on it. I had to be firm in my demand to request only a refund back to my credit card that I used to pay. She stated it would take longer to get the credit then to get a gift card. I stated I already know that as I have returned other items I have purchased at other stores.I really did not expect this to happen to me, but it happened twice. I would advise everyone to think twice about giving your business to this Panda Express here in Sanger, Ca. I will not be going back to it ever again.
