Workers are rude! Need to be let go and hire new ones. We called to place and order multiple times and multiple times they just hung up on us.
This place is terrible the people working there are very rude they need new staff called and got hung up on 3 times very mean and rude people hire new staff or close down
Absolutely terrible. The owner needs to hire new staff. Workers are so rude and give attitude for no reason what so ever. If i could give 0 stars, I would. They are loosing a lot of business from the horrible customer service.
Very rude and manger is very rude made my sandwich wrong and refused to make my sandwich when i had called ahead of time to tell them about it..
Great pizza..even greater price.
They don't answer phone! What's the point of having hours of operation if they don't stay open to the hour it says THEN you have the open sign on and door locked before closing hours. SMH! The owner must not need the business then .
I recently had a disappointing experience at Romero's, primarily due to the poor customer service provided by an employee named Brianna. From the moment my mother and I walked in, Brianna did not welcome us and displayed a noticeable attitude. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have encountered this behavior from her; I have also observed her treating other customers similarly. Brianna had an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. She didn't ask whether we wanted chips with our meal or give us anything to drink. She again provided equally poor customer service the day before when I phoned. Her interactions with consumers appear to indicate that she is not thrilled with her work. Romero's deserves employees who genuinely enjoy their work and can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. I hope that management can address this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers.

don't bother calling during the evening they will put you on hold for eternity's sake but that's due to the fact there swamped with customers. the 2 young ladies we very efficient at busting out orders. I would have gave a 5 star if the would occasionally smile or pretend they like there jobs but I understand frustration during dinner rush

I am left disappointed yet again. I went in after a busy day of running errands. I ordered my sandwich and said "No Dressing" please no dressing I have an intolerance of the vinegar. She said okay. I payed two more dollars for avocado on a combination sandwich that I couldn't eat because she put the dressing. ? this is the third time. I figured if I tell her why no dressing they won't put it. I smelled the bag and didn't smell anything. So I thought I was okay. I ordered my daughter a, sandwich and said no dressing and it didn't have any. The first two times I thought shame on me for not explaining or for not checking. When and if I go back I'm going to ask to see it before they close it. It was disappointing to put away all of my groceries and not be able to eat my food.

$8 meal on the go.... This place is not a dine-in spot... it's a quick pick up your order and go sandwich shop/take & bake pizza shop(Motzerella Sticks and salads too .. also a mini snack bar with a variety of random munchies and fruit cups available inside)
A small shop, Currently Located next to Starbucks and in close proximity of Taco Bell
The Sandwiches are great, better than subway in my opinion and as of 2023 you can get one with chips and a soda for about $8. Feel free to call ahead for even faster service... The number is available at the top of this page...
Vegetarian options: The Tuna Sub Sandwich is a Pescatarian option available at Romeo's.Also they can make a vegetarian pizza for you to take home and cook. I often get a 1 topping pineapple pizza for example.
Dietary restrictions: Since they prepare your order fresh they can customize it any way needed to meet your dietary needs (friendly reminder for those who avoid dairy): while I do enjoy the tuna sub, it does has mayo in it
