The cashier here gave us the wrong amount of change back and we told him that we were missing money , and he kept refusing to give it back! He was really rude to me and my mom and he was super ignorant ! horrible and unprofessional!!

I dont understand why every Starbucks bkack tea tastes different, aren't they all supposed to use the same recipe? Maybe not washing out containers completely, but I wasted 4.25 on a tea yesterday, it was icky. Had a funny taste to it, they should try harder since there's a new Starbucks across from walmarr

Ordered my hot peppermint white mocha, Didn't drink my drink until I got home, n reliazed it was made wrong, because label said peppermint white mocha, but it was just mocha in the cup, went back n just got an exchange, no refund or any apologies for the inconvenience.

I asked for a cup of water for my 3 yr old. The person at the registered denied it because I needed to make a purchase. I have been a customer of Starbucks but today humanitarian help was absent. Denying water to a child is unacceptable. Please help me boycott sanger starbucks...let's spread it and let everyone know the type of people representing starbucks...do not purchase here...

on my way to school i usually order from the new starbucks by chipotle but i decided to go to this one today and let me tell you.. it said my order was ready within 5 min, when i got there 10 min after the notification that my order was done they had me park out front for 5 minutes.. its sad ill keep going to the other one for now
