on my way to school i usually order from the new starbucks by chipotle but i decided to go to this one today and let me tell you.. it said my order was ready within 5 min, when i got there 10 min after the notification that my order was done they had me park out front for 5 minutes.. its sad ill keep going to the other one for now

This Starbucks location does NOT know how to make a drink. Ordered an Ice Americano with creme. What I got did not taste like an Americano at all. It was a watered down iced coffee with way to much creme. Just a nasty flavor.

I had a horrible experience with them I drink Starbucks every day twice a day first of all the customer service is 0 they are rude they made my coffee wrong when I told them they were rude and asked for napkins she told me I should of mentioned it when I was ordering my coffee

I had an incident with a gift card at the Sanger Starbucks, the manager was called over to help, he was very sweet, polite, and professional. Although I’m not always happy with the way Starbucks gift cards work I was very satisfied with the way it was handled. Although it’s not the closest Starbucks I’ll definitely be back due to their great customer service.
