Worst customer service I have ever experienced seems like they care more about there phones then the customers and the lady making my sandwich had her headohones on I asked for mustard and she put honey mustard I'm sure she would had heard me better without her headphones not coming back to a place that treat there customers like trash.

Where do I begin me and my mom went to purchase some sandwiches for dinner. Entering there was no one in the place the girls seemed like they were in a rush to get us in and out. They seemed frustrated cause we were trying to decide what to order finally as one of the girls started making our sandwiches I asked for avocado she said we charge extra in a rude tone I said if I’m asking for it then put it on I don’t care if you charge. Then they started to speak in their language and I said if you’re going to say something then speak English so I can understand there’s no reason why you should be speaking in your language I know they were talking about me and I didn’t care at that point when I said something they stopped and changed there tone with me. The worst service ever the girl that was making the sandwiches. She was in a rush to go sit back down in the lobby to get on her phone.

Had 3 fraudulent orders made at this restraunt within 10 minutes yesterday. I'm in the loss of over $30, could be worse but when I live in ohio not California something should have been obvious especially when the persons name doesn't match the payment method name.
