Worst experience I have ever had...Their staff is so rude and arrogant. I came here to pickup orders at night time at drive thru, told them I have two orders but they didn't give me both the orders instead said to come again at drive thru.They don't know how to talk. They consider delivery persons like our jobs are nothing as compare of theirs.

Wrost experience of my life is bad customer service. They dont have sense how to talk with customer first they give me wrong order after that when i told them its wrong they start yelling on me i never saw in my life like this customer service her name is brownica i am not sure spell but she have alot attitude if you are not interested in work why you are working here i recommend to everyone please don't waste your time and please don't trust on them they need aa 0 star

They come off as sweet then mess up your food then make you pay for it again to fix it then fill your cup completely up with ice. To the brim literally.

I had the worst experience of my life with the manager who said was temporarily stepping in on June 8th 2025 at 2:40 pm in Sanger California
93657. I have been coming here for years and never had been treated to rude. She would not provide her first name she had bright pink hair and piercings in her nose (septum) and lips I'm only describing her because no name. I forgot my drink and I couldn’t add it or order a drink. They couldn’t accommodate a drink that takes seconds to serve.They have lost a long time customer.
Manager so unprofessional would refuse to give me her name or any information of who I was speaking with.

Had the worst experience last night come home to find no lettuce in our tacos and when called they said they told us, if you told us we wouldn't have ordered and they go today to have items replaced manager gives attitude but says she was there last night absolutely the worst location.

I used to rave about this place cause it had a really good manager that worked there however they must have new management because the last two times we’ve ordered from there. Their stuff has been just thrown in the bag squish broken or missing items the last time we said screw it decided and not go back and get our food but tonight we decided to go back to Get our food. The young lady argued with my son saying that we must’ve ate it we’re trying to get free stuff first that attitude secondly I called And she said that we took over an hour to get there which travel time in itself takes 24 minutes to 28 minutes round-trip let alone we went through both bags that we had and also found out the stuff was gone and then we also had to get back in the car and go over there and get it again which is an additional 15 minutes added onto that so she tried to argue then she got a little attitude and was arguing it was an hr hello travel time three times…. definitely don’t eat there. Then I asked for a manager and she was the same girl that answered and she told me she’s gonna go get a manager, but obviously didn’t because she would’ve said she was a manager when I asked for one to begin with Her name is Alondra A I will be speaking to Corporate about this because several times it’s been dismissed, but this time it’s not going to be she had several opportunities to fix her situation and be professional

Employee by the name of Angela has a terrible attitude and for whatever the reason has the inability to stay focused on the task at hand. When ordering items off the menu she laughs and says they don’t carry those items and talks right over you. While I was at the window was spinning around while taking the next customers order and continued touching her face and hair in a very awkward manner. My expectations are usually very low but this was beyond my expectations.

Delicious, heated fine, and fresh.👍🏼 Ordered a Double Decker Taco (3rd & 4th pics) and a Cantina Chicken Soft Taco (2nd pic). The beans of the Double Decker's outer layer helped keep the taco warm. While the Cantina taco was cold, that's a given since around half of it is vegetables.🤷🏼‍♀️🙂👌🏼

The burrito-style wrapping of the food wraps (1st pic. Loose, since I opened it.) was helpful in making sure I didn't spill any taco filling while taking out the tacos.🙏🏼

No avocado salsa packet for the Cantina taco, but it was fine without it imo.👌🏼 Plus, I was provided with 4 hot sauce packets (Mild, Hot, Fire, and Diablo).
