Horrible customer service! No manners, no proper training, on how to talk to customers, guy worked the window on 11/03 at 9:34pm had a neck taper grown out hair! Find someone else who wants to work! He used someone else’s sign on I doubt his name was Alondra A on receipt

Separate complaint! Drive thru sprinklers busted, wet my car after getting it washed!!!! Get that fixed property management!!!!

Went to get a breakfast crunch wrap and was told they no longer sale breakfast. I drove to the window to speak with the manager to confirm because I thought they were lying because they didn’t want to make breakfast. (Not the first time they lied because employees don’t want to make breakfast) When I got to the window the girl was smiling and laughing while I’m annoyed they stopped selling breakfast. I requested to speak to the manager and the girl continued smiling and laughing not being professional. The “manager” she said we are now under new management and stopped selling breakfast two weeks ago. I asked why does the menu still show you have breakfast. She said because we’re waiting on the new menu still. This Taco Bell permanently lost a customer. This is the closest taco bell to me as I live deep in the mountains and drove an hour just to get taco bell crunch wrap. The staff are unprofessional teenagers and do not behave like adults. Go to a different taco bell with better employees.

Worst experience I have ever had...Their staff is so rude and arrogant. I came here to pickup orders at night time at drive thru, told them I have two orders but they didn't give me both the orders instead said to come again at drive thru.They don't know how to talk. They consider delivery persons like our jobs are nothing as compare of theirs.

Wrost experience of my life is bad customer service. They dont have sense how to talk with customer first they give me wrong order after that when i told them its wrong they start yelling on me i never saw in my life like this customer service her name is brownica i am not sure spell but she have alot attitude if you are not interested in work why you are working here i recommend to everyone please don't waste your time and please don't trust on them they need aa 0 star

They come off as sweet then mess up your food then make you pay for it again to fix it then fill your cup completely up with ice. To the brim literally.

I had the worst experience of my life with the manager who said was temporarily stepping in on June 8th 2025 at 2:40 pm in Sanger California
93657. I have been coming here for years and never had been treated to rude. She would not provide her first name she had bright pink hair and piercings in her nose (septum) and lips I'm only describing her because no name. I forgot my drink and I couldn’t add it or order a drink. They couldn’t accommodate a drink that takes seconds to serve.They have lost a long time customer.
Manager so unprofessional would refuse to give me her name or any information of who I was speaking with.
