Great atmosphere, the staff was busy but still working to get orders out in a timely manner. I found it odd that there are no trash cans, very odd. The chicken sandwich was not what I expected but I made it work with ranch, it comes doused in buffalo sauce and is pretty strong just fyi

I went in today, no one looked friendly. The two girls in the front looked very unpleasant. One had glasses. She told her manager, girl with blond hair, that I ordered an extra ranch for my order and when she grabbed the ranch she threw it on the counter. They all looked like they had an attitude. Don’t think I’d be going back there again.

I had ordered from this location on June 4th around 10:20 pm on accident so I called to cancel, they were very friendly and understanding so I ended up driving out there so I wouldn’t have to make them go through the whole cancellation process. When I received my food, to my surprise it was some of the best wings I’ve had from this location. It’s always a hit or miss for me when coming to this location because they tend to mess up my order or the wings aren’t made well. Whoever was working and made my order last night did an incredible job and definitely needs to have others learn from her!!

The young girl in the register is very high energy. She was the sweetest, and she really knew about customer service. She got something wrong in the order and corrected it right away. Our orders are usually right and made well. She left impress and made my meal more enjoyable.

Ordered food from there and was supposed to be delivered and never got it. Called to check and they said sorry the dasher stole your food and and gave me a 1800 number to call. 3 hrs later after fighting with them they are barely sending it. 4 hrs later. I do really think an employee at the sanger location stole my food and money. Probably thought I wasn't going to make a big deal. Sanger location said door dash gave me a refund. I called door dash and they didn't know what I was talking about. We were not trying to make a big deal about it but it was dinner for my kids.

Waited for over 45 minutes and finally asked about our food and they said they called it out. I told them we were sitting right next to the counter for 45 minutes and no one called it out. The lady proceeded to argue with me about calling it out. I took the food and it was cold I let them know that it was cold and they gave us dirty looks and were rude but did remake the food. Definitely would not return based on the disrespect of the staff.

What’s the point of placing an online order if you have to wait an hour?? Went in to pick up an order when walk ups were getting theirs before mine! Horrible service! Do better!!!

They were doing maintenance of the servers so I couldn't order online, tried to call in my order and since it was over $50 they wouldn't take my order, so I had to go in the store and wait 30 minutes...

I’ve given this location a couple chances to prove me wrong but yet again I picked up cold wings . I even made sure I got there 10 minutes early to make sure they’re made fresh but no matter how early I order or how early I go to pick them up they are never hot or at least room temp. The fries came out fire but for sure need new management .

This the 5th time I come here and the food is ridiculously cold. The wings are also dry when they are suppose to be saucy. Sucks because this the only wing stop close by other ones are 30+ minutes away. Get rid of these kids that are working there.
