Waited for over 45 minutes and finally asked about our food and they said they called it out. I told them we were sitting right next to the counter for 45 minutes and no one called it out. The lady proceeded to argue with me about calling it out. I took the food and it was cold I let them know that it was cold and they gave us dirty looks and were rude but did remake the food. Definitely would not return based on the disrespect of the staff.

They were doing maintenance of the servers so I couldn't order online, tried to call in my order and since it was over $50 they wouldn't take my order, so I had to go in the store and wait 30 minutes...

I’ve given this location a couple chances to prove me wrong but yet again I picked up cold wings . I even made sure I got there 10 minutes early to make sure they’re made fresh but no matter how early I order or how early I go to pick them up they are never hot or at least room temp. The fries came out fire but for sure need new management .

This the 5th time I come here and the food is ridiculously cold. The wings are also dry when they are suppose to be saucy. Sucks because this the only wing stop close by other ones are 30+ minutes away. Get rid of these kids that are working there.

Worst customer experience.
They had charged me for the wrong order and I had paid for it with a gift card. She then told me to give her my receipt and to pay for my right order. I asked where the gift card refund was at. She said she couldn’t give it back to me. I asked for a manager and she told she had called her to give my refund and to just come back. I came back and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about.

We’ve come here often because we like the food. Out first few visits we’re okay. But customer service continues to get worst every time. We place our orders online and schedule a time for pick up. Often, they care more about “playing around” in the store rather than being on time. We normally have to wait 20-30 minutes for a scheduled pick up.

Had to go back to 3 starts order a 20 piece for my son and daughter-in-law for their dinner for after work they pick it up drove all the way home like 15 miles away to find out they got doped out of 5 wings pretty bad u got on job and can't get it done

Poor service. Waited on our food for 50 minutes they set it out in the counter and never called our name and by the time we went to ask the wait time they had it sitting on counter and when we ate it was cold and chicken was poorly cooked. Dirty tables as well.
