It use to be my go to place food used to always be good and hot, now my recent orders have been horrible fries are either burnt are super soggy and cold wings aren’t even fully cooked and seem cold. I haven’t gone back anymore or crave for it since their food has gone downhill.

Ordered a boneless meal at 8:40pm and got to the restaurant around 9. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to complete my order inside the place. I don’t understand how it takes an hour when there’s only 4 tickets on the rack. 6 people in the back and three of them either on their phones or eating. This always happens when I order too. Probably the last time I come here.

HORRIBLE Service! I placed an online order and picked it up. When I got home I noticed I received the wrong order. Went back to the restaurant and told the clerk I received the wrong order. She said my order would be ready in a few minutes. Once she said it was ready I asked her to verify the order since it was wrong previously. She seemed annoyed and quickly read off the incorrect order that I had just returned. I told her that’s not my order. I also had my email confirmation on my phone showing her. She said that’s what they had for the order. She was literally arguing with me! After going back and forth she then asked for my last name and goes to the takeout rack and grabs my order, places it on the counter and says nothing, no apology, nothing. My order was sitting there the entire time. She clearly didn’t have the brains to think there could be another person with the name Samantha.

Yesterday my boyfriend ordered me some WingStop for Valentine’s Day & all my food was cold. I was very disappointed. The DoorDash lady told me my food was just sitting there & was ready so I don’t know why if my food was ready why I didn’t get it till almost 8PM? I got Garlic Parmesan bones wings & fries. I also got some brownies. I just had one today so good! My food was good even though it was cold would have liked my food to me right away but no.

Love the wings, super fresh, hot and tasty. Friendly service, but understaffed like everyone these days. The only reason why I didn't give the food 5 stars is the fries, limp, cold, and IMO the seasonings on them just didn't work for me.

The rush to get my order was ridiculous ?I got anxious just trying to order a few items.Not going back!I have one person who is alergic to pineapple and kindly requests my food to be on separate bags, and the cashier said, "No, the food doesn't mix anyways." I said "Please "But she still bags everything together.Thanks for the emphaty.
Slowest place ever! I ordered online and was told it would be 18-21 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later and still not ready with no sign of being ready anytime soon. The person next to me has been waiting over one hour for their order! This is beyond ridiculous!
