My review is based on drive through order. I ordered #12 carne asada combo. With corn tortillas. The tortillas were good. Theres 4 with the meal. After the 3rd it got cold and it wasn’t as soft when it was warm. If it was a delivery , they wouldn’t taste as good warm. So warm them up. The food was good. Some pieces were softer than others. But tasty. Theres was a lot of meat. Well worth the price of $15. I’ll definitely try some other items in future.

Food is always delicious here. Mostly drive thru for orders but today sat in. Food service was prompt. Staff was friendly. Very busy with many people enjoying their food.

I use to love to eat there taquitos but after today.. I was so dissatisfied.. I bought the large order of taquitos and some came with No meat and some with barley any meat… the guacamole which use to be very good and there trade mark is now runny and watery… won’t be going there again.

I was raised in Arizona and have been back East the last four years you cannot find this kind of authentic food anywhere pass Texas I asked for extra everything and she definitely hooked it up

Review your receipt! I was charged $89 for 1 carne asada fries and a coke. The cashier seems to not know how to work their register. I highly recommend that you confirm the price before she swipes your card. I am just glad I didn't drive off without reviewing my receipt first. I am still waiting on my credit of the difference after 3 days :(.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I received from Sandra at your drive-thru. This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional and hostile customer service experiences I have ever had.
I ordered fries, yet was given rice. Fortunately, I checked my food before leaving the parking lot — otherwise I would have gone home with the wrong order. When I went inside to have it corrected, Sandra did not apologize, acknowledge the mistake, or even attempt to make things right. Instead, she immediately told me I would have to pay about a dollar more to receive what I had originally ordered.
It wasn’t about the dollar — it was about the principle and her complete lack of accountability. Sandra’s tone was dismissive, annoyed, and combative. When I pointed out that this was her error, she made irrelevant and unprofessional remarks, including where I had parked, as if that excused the mistake.
Your posted policy states you’re “not responsible” for incorrect phone orders, but this was a drive-thru order taken directly by staff — and still incorrect. Instead of fixing the error and apologizing, Sandra escalated the situation and made it uncomfortable for me to even be there.
To add insult to injury, the food I ultimately received was bland, poorly prepared, and not worth the unpleasant interaction I endured. This experience was unacceptable on every level and left me with the strong belief that Sandra should not be working in any customer-facing role, especially in food service.
I urge management to take immediate action, both in addressing Sandra’s behavior and in reviewing policies that punish customers for mistakes made by staff. No customer should ever be made to feel blamed, dismissed, or talked down to for simply wanting what they paid for.

They saw us pull in at 11:49 (11 minutes before they close) and turned off the lights and the drive thru stuff. Very unprofessional and lame. Would give 0 stars if i could
