The new owner, George, is the best! He answered a complaint that my mom left online and he called me personally, and he was sorry for what happened what led to the complaint, he had been the owner for only a month. And to make it all right, he offered me a free meal. It just goes to show that he took over this Carl's at just the right time, and he cares about his customers! My mom was very impressed.

I been coming to this location for years I have always had good experience nothing but 10/10 customers service from the manager Claudia but lately I been noticing the lack of good experience and recently I seen that they have had a change in Manager . She was rude to me when I asked for the special on the California burger she raised her voice at me and came me attitude once’s I pulled to the window when I asked to speak to the manager she said I was speaking to her they also changed crew members I believe, I loved the old crew members they were talkative and friendly they were why I kept coming! I won’t be coming back to this place that has bad management. Then they also parked me up and came me my food after 20 minutes the fries weren’t even hot and they forgot my kids meal. 1 out of 10 customer service.
