How am I the only person in your drive thru and whole restaurant, the order is right on the receipt, and you get 2 of my items so clearly wrong? Beans and rice with no cheese and no sauce, and root beer no ice. What did I get? Cheese and sauce in the burrito, with rice, and ice in the drink.
Vegetarian options: Check your order every time. Hold up the drivethru if you have to.
