This is the one in Santa Fe Springs I like it better than the one in Downey they have a holder with three compartments or four compartments with the sauce and ketchup I like that in Downey and you got to ask for their sauce. We had coupons me and my husband ate for only $10.03 I love it when you can use coupons and you don't have to do it online.

It's pretty sad how I order a shrimp burrito and they gave me a chicken burrito they did charge me for a chicken, however, they needed to charge my card back and charge it again for the right price, for a difference of .35, I'm cool paying the difference but what's not cool is I have to wait 3 days to get my money back from the 1st order, I didn't messed up you guys did. I would go 2-3 a week for lunch, you guys lost a loyal customer, you manager should of taken the hit...not the customer ✌️

Unfortunately, I've had the same experiences with all of the Del Taco places I've been to and that is the women in these places have attitudes that are very unnecessary! Like their time is being wasted, like they have better things to do than take your order and how long does it really take to get an order. It feels like they can't be bothered by you or your order and it happens on a continual basis. I just don't get it. Their always these women who speak Spanish only. I just don't understand it. Maybe a class on Customer Service is needed to remind them that they work for a corporation not themselves because their not making the customer feel welcome and to me that is poor customer service. My husband agrees.

Pleasantly surprised. First time ever at a Del Taco. Stopped by at 1pm on a weekday and it was quick and tasty! Fish taco and carne asada del carbon taco were two favorite!

Just bought here and was completely disappointed. I've purchased here before but just couldn't understand why the woman couldn't get my order right. I asked for two #13's large with bottled waters. I also got carnitas fries and she even repeated it all to me. I drive home and check the bag. I got 2 small fries and carne asada fries. I looked at the receipt and you I was charged for the LARGE fries but got small ones. The receipt also said carnitas fries. So frustrating because I live 20 mins away and I only come through here on my way home.
