“Was at an event in Whittier and was craving a donut after. I didn't want an old chain like Dunkin or Yum Yum. I am so happy I came across Cherri's Donuts! The place was very clean and bright. I was happy to see that they had blueberry cake donuts because they are my absolute favorite. They are by far the best ones I have ever had. So airy, light, and not too sweet. The ones I usually get are denser and sweeter. Now that I've had this one, I will be dreaming about it! Unfortunately, I don't live near the area so won't be able to go as often. The man helping us out was very nice and funny! I can't wait to go back!“

“Sandwiches here are great! Donuts are good too. It is a little pricey but good. Around dinnertime there's always only one person up front, orders take long when other people show up and get their order before you. They definitely need more staff at night. Other than that and the parking, everything else is great!

Parking: Parking is shared with the tire shops so it is very very limited, maybe 4 parking spots, could be more..

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is leveled with the sidewalk so there's is no issue for wheelchairs through the main entrance“

“Jean Donuts is a 1000% way to support small businesses than large retail donut chains like Krispy Kreme. The donuts were not too sweet, just perfectly sweet and glazed on top. Moisture of the bread was spot on, and the fruit flavor of the blueberry donut appears to be the main winner. Donuts are very budget friendly $1.99 per donut. Lady in the front was very kind and generous. We will come back again!!“

I also got the roast beef sandwich on croissant and she asked me if I wanted jalapeños which, of course I did. The best part is I was going to put the dozen donuts in my car and before I can even get out the door, she already have my sandwich ready. It definitely has that old-school feeling and the sandwich was on point. Next time I am in Anaheim. It’s a must to hit this place again. “I discovered JJs by accident when I made an improper u turn into traffic, and it was one of the best mistakes of my life. I dream of their breakfast sandwiches, especially the croissant one. “A coworker told me about this place for good priced breakfast sandwiches, and this is genuinely my new favorite donut/sandwich place. The man who works there is so kind and helpful. He knows exactly which donut I point at and will let me know the name for next time.

The tuna fish sandwich is so good! I’m extremely picky (it’s hard finding a good tuna fish) and this sandwich is everything. The smack it on a homemade croissant and I always add spouts, which he immediately said yes to when I asked.

I can’t not talk about their donuts however. They’re delicious!!!! Their bear claw is filled with cinnamon and apple filling, and when I say their glazed is extremely similar to Kristy Kremes, I mean, it’s spot-on but better. They’re lighter and fluffier.

I seriously love this place, the kindness of the workers/owner, and the food for the price is unbeatable. My new favorite place to stop for a quick lunch!!“

Coffee didn't taste fresh and tasted a little water down for my liking.
Services seemed rushed and there was no crowed or even anyone else in there with me.

“I've seen this place many times but never stopped. I went to my usual places. Today I went in before going to an event close by and bought a dozen mixed and 1 ham/cheese croissant. My friends gave the donuts a rave review. I'm giving and ham and c cheese croissant a 5star as well. The ladies were friendly to my little 5 year old wild companion and provided great service. “Prices have gone up from when I 1st started going with my GF. I remember my GF and I would go specifically for her bobas but they are now 6$ I remember literally a year ago they were 4.75$ the doughnuts are just ok. You can tell when they are yesterdays or even the day before. They crumble apart. Besides that we did find that going to winchells Doughnuts was much less expensive and better.“

“Five stars for Los Alamitos Donuts! This is by far my all-time favorite donut shop in the area. I’ve made it a habit to come here, and we’ve even built a holiday donut tradition—they nail fun themes and sprinkles every season.

The staff are friendly and incredibly quick, and the selection is fantastic—from bear claws and donut holes to old fashions and my absolute favorite, the devil’s food frosted donut. The coffee is solid, and there are good drink options to pair with your sweets.

Not a lot of indoor seating, but that just adds to the classic neighborhood donut shop vibe that reminds me of my grandpa who loved reading the paper while enjoying his favorite donut 🍩.

It a good place to grab something and go, or to even just sit down and eat. My friends and I go here to get something and to study or talk.
