The food is good at this location but service sucks girl who takes orders there during the week lunchtime hours has got no service skills and has a personality to match is always in a hurry does not thank customers and when she says order back to you and gets it wrong she cops an attitude. It's not customers fault you got to work check your attitude when you clock in

Been coming here for years, I hate to make a negative review but there's a cashier that has a bad attitude almost every time I go there. It's some young girl. Everyone else there has always been great, and food is always great and affordable. I just don't know how they've been able to keep a person for months like that.

Worst one in LA county Purchased two bowls and it took them 25 minutes to complete my order. This is called "Fast food" but it takes half an hour to make? Not only did it take forever but the meat was dry and the rice was undercooked. They also gave the orders out three to people that came after me. Don't go to this site. It sucks.

Decent meal, quick & easy Korean style, fast good... served its purpose for a fast food lunch experience... I walked in, ordered and good was quickly prepared and served... I ordered a Combo "Chicken/Beef" plate, nothing more than what I expected (see photo attached). Inside and outside seating is clean, easy in/out parking.,. While working in the field, this restaurant served its purpose for a quick & easy lunch!

Very friendly customer service. Had a small issue with a coupon but they took care of it and can tell customer service is a priority. Very clean restaurant. The food is fresh and tasty as well. Great first experience.

I eat here a couple times a month. Recently I've noticed that they were giving me more rice than vegetables / tofu in my bowl. So now every time I order I make sure to ask for less rice. Add more veggies and tofu. Their triple hot sauce is bomb ?Vegetarian options: I'm vegan. I love the way they crisp up the tofu for my bowl. The charbroill flavor is delicious too...
