Best Ramen place. Highly recommend to try

Not sure if this is ok. Great food tho. Maybe it is better to charge more for food, and less for mandatory tip.

In California, mandatory tip pooling is legal as long as it's fair and reasonable, and certain conditions are met. The California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) considers a distribution of 80% to waitpersons, 15% to bussing staff, and 5% to bartenders to be a fair pooling agreement. However, the fairness of any particular tip pool is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Portions are smaller than other places.
Chashu in the tonkatsu was 90% fat.
Implied dine-in service charge.
Ultimately, wouldn’t come back.

My husband and I were craving Ramen for a while, We came here once. And then again today and both times, The service was unbelievable. My pregnant self had to use the bathroom but it didnt close right (or maybe i couldnt figure it out) So I got my husband to get up and help me. We left ou table empty with our ramen half finished then it got cleaned up super quick LOL which is our mistake we shouldve informed the waiter/waitress but they fixed the situation SO QUICK. This ramen is truly the best. And the staff is helpful friendly and super amazing! See you in a few weeks when my prego self craves this again LOL THANK YOU TO THE STAFF!!!!! We have had thenpork buncs 10/10, tonkatsu ramen 10/10 and the fried chicken 10/10 and chicken teriyaki bowl! 9/10 bc the ramen is stilllll better lol

My coworker recommend this and she was right. This spot has some of the best ramen noodles in SoCal.

I had their Tonkatsu Ramen and their crispy chicken along with their edemame. The ramen was awesome with the broth on point. It was very creamy and delicious with solid noodles. The crispy chicken was also delicious and the edemame was delicious too. Overall it was a satisfying lunch with excellent customer service.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

Horrible Service. Ordered online and arrived after 25 minutes. Told me my order would be ready in 10 min. Took an additional 30 min. Front desk was rude rather than apologizing.

There's a pre-charge here that you can opt out of or tou can tip. The food isn't bad. It's good but not so good that thr place shoukd put a pre-charge on your bill as son as you walk in. It's for that reason oly tha I likely will not be back.

Great service, delicious food. The Tonkatsu ramen had broth that was rich and flavorful, tender chashu, perfectly boiled eggs and noodles. Also had the cucumber salad which was refreshing, the crispy rice w spicy tuna as well as the eel tempura buns were also yummy, and the pork buns are definitely recommended.

My friends and I stopped by HiroNori Ramen and were seriously impressed. The Tonkotsu and Shoyu Ramen were both incredibly flavorful—some of the best we've had. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. As we were leaving, one of the team members even ran out to return a hat my friend had accidentally left behind—that really stood out to us. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend!

This place is so good!! And the servers are always on point too. The biggest problem is they're always busy!! Which is good for them hehe. Tonkotsu and shoyu ramen both really good. I always get the fried chicken too, a must 🍗. Also they are closed midday so be aware of that.

Sooo good! A must-have when you're in the area. I highly recommend the Tonkotsu Ramen combo. The combo is served with a side salad with lots of corn kernels and a rich dressing. For my combo, I chose the salmon poke rice bowl. Yummy!

The Karage Chicken is super crunchy and perfectly seasoned.
