Went to take my car. In and they ripped my seat and John the manger didn't care are try to fix it he said well it's 1400 to fix it even if my guy sat and ripped it up every time I go here they always.mess my car back it was about 5 time's. and last oil change and never going back and the manager John was rude

Staff tells customers that the bathroom is only for customers. To avoid this use the restroom as soon as you get a receipt. Washing your hands before or after your meal is out of the Question here

I was eating 2 breakfast jacks in the morning and happen to find hair on both of the sandwiches. This was really disgusting and disappointing I believe on of the cooks did it on purpose because of hate but this was really unprofessional.

The service was great once I got to the drive-through window, but getting there was way too slow. I was the third car back and it took nine minutes. Too long for drive-through.

This Jack in the box is around the corner from our house and since I'm pregnant I'm there most of the time for late night cravings, when I do show up in the drive thru there is a girl there that is super rude and is sarcastic when taking our order. My husband is the one that orders for the family since he drives and I can describe him as the nicest person in the world but it really frustrates me when he goes out of his way to take me to get my cravings and the drive thru lady is rude and sarcastic its either Denise because her name is on the receipt or Alice because I called and asked who is working drive thru. I swear sometimes I want to let her know something but I'd rather keep my mouth shut and deal with it professionally. I also received my food and it was completely cold and stale I'm so unhappy with this place because it's not the first time I've had to complain about this particular girl she is extremely rude and I hope she changes her attitude.

The worst service I have ever had, they got half of my order wrong then when I come back to get my food they deny my food and while I was waiting they got 4 other people's order wrong!! Lol yaaaa and I'm at fault here every time I come here they get my order wrong!!!!

I came in today for the first time in this location to get something quick in and everything was great! The tacos I got were nice and crispy. The hash brown was also nice and not oversaturated in oil like I've sometimes gotten at other locations. Lastly the extreme sausage sandwich I got tasted good as well. I do also appreciate that the common sauces are available for customers to get themselves. Overall it was nice and clean (someone that appears to be of higher position was cleaning the doors and outside) and I enjoyed eating in with the good food.
