I spent nearly $5k at this Jersey Mikes and received the poorest and most unprofessional service. If Priscilla, the manger knew that she did not have the manpower to fulfill such a big order, then she should have declined my catering order. In total I ordered 345 sandwiches that I needed at three different times throughout the day. I expected 200 sandwiches at 9:30 AM for a company event and when I arrived only 40 sandwiches were made. My event was in 30 minutes and all I was told was " yeah here's 40 of them, we're super behind ". I was shocked that 1. 160 orders were not made and 2. That a manager would allow their staff to fulfill such order without the help/support from management. In total, 9 trips were made back and forth from the store to my facility, trying to get my staff fed when I should have only needed to make ONE trip for the morning order. There was no manager present when I requested to speak to one and I was told by the staff that they could not connect me with anyone. Unacceptable! Fast forward to 1:00pm when I went to pick up another 60 sandwiches as part of my order, I arrived and AGAIN, the order was not ready. And still no manager in sight. Let me add that I had been calling the store a numerous amount of times to ask about the status of the order and each and every call went unanswered. I made another trip to confirm that my 7:30 pm order would be ready in time as I had already lost money by paying meal penalties for 250 of my employees earlier in the day. Finally at 3:30 pm there was a manager present. Priscilla did however, refuse to come and speak with me. I asked that she come give me the number to corporate& she told her staff to tell me to get it off of the website. There was no apology, no follow up, no explanation from anyone, nothing! We will never use Jersey Mikes again for our corporate events. They did not value our business. Their loss.

How does a sandwich place get a B score from the health department? I work in food Service and I think I'll pass on this location.

Food is good but the store is dirty I can see why they have a B grade. The floor is sticky with I'm guessing different drinks spilled the griddle looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month & a couple of flies roaming around the food yeah last time I go to this store I'll try a different one. Oh yeah they were about to give me someone's order without checking my order so if you want free food just test your luck with a name lol.

For a "fast food" chain, their sandwiches are actually really good. This place was packed, and the employees cranked these sandwiches out quick, and with a smile. Red relish, absolutely a must

couldn't get a mini. I can tell one of the employees was under the influence of something. He had glossy eyes. Lots of gossip in store and this specific store has a grade of B

I asked for a hot Italian chopped, and i was told, "we can cook the meat, but we can't chop it." i was confused why the act of chopping the food was not an option. This location is the 1st that refused to do so. The employee also added that only the palm springs location does so, which is not true. I didn't want to make a big deal about a sandwich, but can someone explain why the meats can not be chopped? Is there a chopping license or training certificate that the location or employee has not attained? Do they not have knives sharp enough? Im a person of common sense, but sometimes im too smart for my own good, that simple solutions to simpler problems dont compute can someone please clarify?

Came in on a Friday afternoon, place was empty. We ordered 2 sandwiches, the taste was fine but the bread was a little hard; very disappointed in this place. Last time I come here.

Was looking forward to a good fresh sandwich but it fell short. Bread, Bacon even veggies seemed not very fresh.
