The service was so poor and my order wrong. I have food allergies and the server punching in my order was too busy making comments and quips about my order that she punched the order wrong and disregarded my food allergies in addition to that. Then even more I was made to feel like I had a wrong attitude for the order correction that I asked for. Just as they were about to make me a new order, I changed my mind for a refund so not to waste any more food and because now I was too upset to eat and do not trust the crew to get it right. I ordered the famous bowl without corn and cheese because I have allergies and easily go to the hospital with allergic reactions. I ordered a side of green beans to put on top of my bowl. I ended up going to Jersey Mike's instead. They don't get my order wrong and my allergies are not considered an inconvenience.

Not only are they rude to you in the service, but they give you an incomplete meal if it wasn't because I took it home. I would go back and complain. Because I can't prove that it was missing pieces of chickinstead of a 2 piece that gave me a one piece.

The lady in front desk is rude and refuses to let me have $1 change even I was asking before check out. She just throw the cup to me and give me that much of pennies as shown on the picture.

I couldn't even get through ordering the lady at the counter was so rude. She had an attitude as soon as I walked in like she was annoyed I was even there. It made trying to get through giving my my order so tense I had to just leave. Idk what's up with her but she is not happy to be there. I'll go get my family's order from the next kfc.

Bad,bad,bad service, third time and last time coming here looks like employees relatives receiving special services and free food. Placed phone order and was scheduled for 615pm arrived at 610 and told it would be 5 minutes wait . Waitrd and watch how employees relatives enjoying free food. I ask again for my order and was told it be another 5 minutes unless I wanted raw chicken. I finally received my order at 635pm. Will never be back here again

We purchased online 12 piece reg. recipe chicken, picked up, ate 7 pieces at home, and chicken was over done, and crunchy, and did not taste anywhere as good as KFC is. So I returned to KFC location and spoke with Ariana, I expressed my concern, and she asked me what I wanted to replace it with, I said 5 pieces of legs and thighs. She took my bucket of 5 pieces and brought back 12 pieces of legs and thighs in my bucket PERFECTLY DONE. WOW, I said thank you very much, I didn't excpect that. Made an online order at 11:25, to pick up at 12:15, since we were going to meet for lunch at 12:30. Got there, and not only was the food not ready for us to pick up (Why call it "Quick Pick-Up" if it won't be ready). So they had 50 minutes, and couldn't package our order in all that time. They quickly threw it together, and we left without checking, which I admit is my mistake. Got to our lunch spot, and checked the food, and a chicken tender was missing (double checked my receipt, and we ordered 4, and only got 3). ALL the sauces/butter/honey were also missing. Very disappointed in lack of service. I don't expect a lot from fast food these days, which is why it's frustrating when they don't even meet those low expectations.
Just not sure....walked-in to order to go was just not smelling no chicken being cooked nothing--not sure if good or bad??

I did liked it, we ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and colesaw salad. It was well coocked and seasoned, i personally liked it way better than popeyes that leaves me a grease aftertaste. Clean and organized too
