8pm purchase. Friendly worker. Ordered to go Big Box -1 leg, 2 thighs, biscuit, 2 sides and drink for $16.60. The mashed potatoes were so plain but the chicken was fresh. Not sure I would revisit this location. It wasn’t inviting and almost empty. This didn’t apply to my order. Another customer requested extra ranch sauce and was told they only give 2 per order that comes with sauce. They charge 25¢ for each extra sauce.

The worst place to go eat. The place is very dirty the floor and the tables are always disgusting and the cashier are rude they look at you like your stupid. Definitely not coming here again

The lady did nor give me my coleslaw the chicken was also salty and dry. When I ordered i said coleslaw and gravy no mash potatoes. And when she handed me my box I did not inspect but asked if everything was in there. The chicken was too salty and dry.

The service was so poor and my order wrong. I have food allergies and the server punching in my order was too busy making comments and quips about my order that she punched the order wrong and disregarded my food allergies in addition to that. Then even more I was made to feel like I had a wrong attitude for the order correction that I asked for. Just as they were about to make me a new order, I changed my mind for a refund so not to waste any more food and because now I was too upset to eat and do not trust the crew to get it right. I ordered the famous bowl without corn and cheese because I have allergies and easily go to the hospital with allergic reactions. I ordered a side of green beans to put on top of my bowl. I ended up going to Jersey Mike's instead. They don't get my order wrong and my allergies are not considered an inconvenience.

Not only are they rude to you in the service, but they give you an incomplete meal if it wasn't because I took it home. I would go back and complain. Because I can't prove that it was missing pieces of chickinstead of a 2 piece that gave me a one piece.

The lady in front desk is rude and refuses to let me have $1 change even I was asking before check out. She just throw the cup to me and give me that much of pennies as shown on the picture.

I couldn't even get through ordering the lady at the counter was so rude. She had an attitude as soon as I walked in like she was annoyed I was even there. It made trying to get through giving my my order so tense I had to just leave. Idk what's up with her but she is not happy to be there. I'll go get my family's order from the next kfc.

Bad,bad,bad service, third time and last time coming here looks like employees relatives receiving special services and free food. Placed phone order and was scheduled for 615pm arrived at 610 and told it would be 5 minutes wait . Waitrd and watch how employees relatives enjoying free food. I ask again for my order and was told it be another 5 minutes unless I wanted raw chicken. I finally received my order at 635pm. Will never be back here again
