me and my family ordered food and we paid 20 dollar on the website. when we arrived to pick up our meal, a worker named Amelia came and said that they close at 9 then she said that they ran out of chicken. why take our payment if you guys have no chicken?

There is one cashier working there who has the worst customer service skills. I often go to the location for lunch, and this particular lady is rude. She got a nasty attitude with an elderly customer who wasn't aware she needed to go to the Kiosk to order. Today, I went to pick up my order, and as soon as I walked in the door, she told me to order from the kiosk. After letting her know I was there to pick up my order, she continued to sweep the floor, and after 5 minutes, she asked me if I alerted anyone about my food, and I told her no. The only other employee was in the back of the kitchen so I had to call out to them to give me my order. I have always had good service and am always satisfied with my food, but as long as THAT rude and disrespectful woman works there, I will not be returning.
Parking: They have a decent amount of parking.

The food was really delicious. The service was unbelievably disrespectful. I had a few customers even tell me that they would not be coming back. The young lady that was taking the order was very disrespectful to everybody and because of that I don’t think they’re gonna get that much service.

I took my family here got an eight piece meal. It came with no breasts took me a while to find somebody to talk to, but I asked a young lady why they were no breast. She said oh we just don't have any. I asked her why didn't she didndt let me know so I could order something different or go somewhere else? She just said sorry. You have to order on a kiosk. It's a awful idea. Terrible experience terrible Customer Service. I won't be going back there ever.

When in to place an order to go, the cashier Gadiel was incredibly rude by far the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with.Would never go back again ! She rolled her eyes at us and when I reached my hand out for the receipt she threw it at me .

I told them if I am consuming the food myself, wouldn't want someone else besides the restaurant crew to handle the food. They didn't know how to respond!

Well how stupid is to go and the cashier took the order 10 min later the countet girl says if I want to wait 15 more min or I can get crispy which it means the ine that did nit sell it gey refried and it was uneatible super hard and dry .WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORST FOOD
