KPB Asian Bistro is hands down one of my favorite Chinese restaurants, and that's saying a lot since we're from NYC, where we're surrounded by a plethora of cuisine options. Whenever we visit southern California, we're sure to make a stop here, where my kids each have their favorite dishes, and my husband and I also have our own favorite dishes. The dishes are prepared in flaming hot, sizzling woks (you can peek through the windows and see the cooking going...
Only great things I can say about this place. The family that runs it does a fantastic job of making sure the food is fresh and delicious. The pricing is also outrageous for how much flavor they put into the food.
This isn't like one of the cheaper Chinese food with hot lamps with food sitting all day. This place makes it fresh for you and it shows. If they had fine dining seating they could upcharge 2x easily.

The kung-pao bowl is a MUST-TRY!!! Having just come back from Asia (Taiwan/Japan) and eating great food there, the flavor’s fantastic on this chicken. Lots of parking.
