Haven’t gone in a while and today decided too what in hell did I get there’s no lemon there’s no chamoy they didn’t even ask if I wanted everything or not my chips are not soggy because the girl didn’t put the limón nor chamoy I should go back but I’m already home and upset

Ice cream is good, but staff is super overwhelmed with customers, that do not help in order that customers walk in. So what is the point of setting to make line?, if the order does not matter.

I got a fresas con crema and the girl served wayyyy less than usual. When I asked if she can fill up more she said it was extra charge but did fill up with ALOT of crema so that it wouldn’t look like it was very little fresa. The esquite… it was half a cup of corn and the other half cheese. Not too satisfied with service and how they’re reducing the quantity of their products

I ordered Tostilocos and this was the worst way I have ever had them. They put cabbage in my tostilocos, pico de gallo and what tasted like Clamato. This seemed like a wanna be ceviche but instead of shrimp small tiny pieces of cueritos. I also paid for 2 extra servings of cueritos and they were lost in tomatoes and cabbage. I would not recommend eating this here. Never have I had anything as poorly tasting as this. Someone else in my party ordered the same thing and was given something that resembled Tostilocos but tasted nothing like it. I will never order again from this location, it was a big disappointment.

Customer service and attitudes from the employees are ghetto and disgusting. We wanted to buy some tostilocos and we asked to have the pork grinds on the side because my sibling can’t consume for health reasons but another family member wanted it. Despite us paying for it, they refused to give it to us on the side even if it was on a napkin and did so with an awful character. The guy with the hat kept giving an unprofessional and ghetto attitude talking back saying he can’t do it without providing any form of explanation. The same happened when we wanted jalapeños on the side. The purchased goods come with these items already either way. We did not care if they gave it to us in a napkin if they had too. We are paying for it regardless but they still refused to give us our paid items.

People , don’t come here, you’ll be treated like garbage and they won’t care for any type of customer service etiquette whatsoever.

Neat and clean place. Delicious items. Very cooperative staff. Reasonable prices. Deserts ?️ for hot weather are awesome.

This is most ridiculous place I ever been to, the lady
( the thickest one) it’s always in a bad mood, like always, this is my third time coming within a month, and for my bad luck she’s always there, I can’t even ask a simple question because I got rolling eyes, and I swear I’m not even asking more than one question, ohhhh and don’t even try to add an item because she will get super angry and ruin your afternoon. The biónicos are $20 and they don’t taste like they use to. Make sure you double check your receipt, they charged us twice for the same thing.
