Worst McDonalds ever. I never do reviews, but this McDonald's has been the worse I have ever been to. First off, they didn't want to take my order. They kept saying to use the kiosk to order...Which I denied, then they had me waiting 10 minutes just to take my order. Second, after I ordered, my food took 23 minutes until I got it. Kids were already crying.... I also wanted a Frapp, they stated their machine was broken. This is the last time I will be coming here. Not worth my money.

I hate coming to this mcdonalds. It takes for ever to get your food wether you order inside, drive thru or doordash/ubereats. Staff is very unorganized. Orders are wrong 80% of the time. I ordered on drive thru last week and was asked to park at a number. I waited for 20 minutes before going in. I was informed they had forgotten my order and gave me extra fries as an apology.. today my sausage in my breakfast sandwich was undercooked. It hardly had any color, it was drenched in oil and hashbrown was barely warm and not cooked all the way. I only come when my son wants mcdonalds but the last few years service has gotten terrible!!

McDonald's on Telegraph in Santa Fe Springs is definitely a busy spot, always filled with a steady flow of customers. The customer service is decent—nothing exceptional, but they get the job done efficiently, which is important given how busy it usually is. The food here is consistent, which is what you'd expect from McDonald's, so no surprises there. The environment is okay; it's clean enough and organized, though the high traffic can make it feel a bit crowded at times. Overall, it's a reliable spot for a quick meal if you don’t mind the lively hustle and bustle!

I never eat at McDonald's and was reminded why. Ordered drive through, had to repeat my order back 3-4 times b/c they didn't hear me. Also one of the display menus was glitching. When I pulled up to the window for my food, employee there just handed me the bag, no greeting or acknowledgement of what was in the bag. It's a miracle I actually got what I ordered. Lemonade tasted like floor cleaner and the medium fries had more in them than the large ones (large wasn't even halfway filled). It's crazy expensive for what it is, so it's safe to say you won't find me there again.
