I regularly buy black coffee from McDonald’s using the 99¢ app offer, good once per day. I came to this location at 3:59 AM and was told their system was down and they were only accepting cash — fine by me 💵. But when I showed them the 99¢ coffee offer in my app and asked if the manager could honor it, they said no without even trying ☕🚫. No effort, no customer service, just a hard no. Not how you treat regulars 🙄👎.

As soon as I walked in you can smell this HORRIBLE stench most likely coming from the restroom and then they got my order wrong and insisted that it was right but even on the receipt it was right and the employee was rude and insisted they were right bad service and the smell is very bad VERY BAD

Girl taking orders sounds like she hates her life and shouldn’t work in customer service and they should put a sign saying they don’t have ice cream and me or the 2 cars behind me wouldn’t have waited in a 20 minutes line to talk to a miserable girl. PUT THE SIGN OUT IF TOU DONT HAVE A PROUCT!

As soon as you walk in, it smells like somebody peed on the floor. When I did walk in a disabled man was waiting at the cash register for quite a while because I walked in and was standing there 4 or five minutes. When the cashier did walk up to the cash register. He looked like he was upset, giving dirty looks to everybody. There is a very ugly vibe here at this mcdonald's, and it is very filthy.

I cant believe these people are making 20 dollars an hour cant even put napkins or sauce in bag ...This place sucks balls almost a week with no oatmeal and cant even put a sign up bad service
Worst McDonalds ever. I never do reviews, but this McDonald's has been the worse I have ever been to. First off, they didn't want to take my order. They kept saying to use the kiosk to order...Which I denied, then they had me waiting 10 minutes just to take my order. Second, after I ordered, my food took 23 minutes until I got it. Kids were already crying.... I also wanted a Frapp, they stated their machine was broken. This is the last time I will be coming here. Not worth my money.

I hate coming to this mcdonalds. It takes for ever to get your food wether you order inside, drive thru or doordash/ubereats. Staff is very unorganized. Orders are wrong 80% of the time. I ordered on drive thru last week and was asked to park at a number. I waited for 20 minutes before going in. I was informed they had forgotten my order and gave me extra fries as an apology.. today my sausage in my breakfast sandwich was undercooked. It hardly had any color, it was drenched in oil and hashbrown was barely warm and not cooked all the way. I only come when my son wants mcdonalds but the last few years service has gotten terrible!!
