Great Quality and Specialty Bread
Such an amazing selection of fresh bread and pastries. I'll have to come back multiple times to try everything. Monique provided amazing service in helping me out and letting me know what they had. The pretzel buns were amazing!
It's number one in the world
Follow the sign at Painter Avenue. Park your car at the first parking spot you see. Proceed down the driveway (look left) until you see the door in the fence. Walk to the left of the canopy and walk up the stairs to the "will call" office. Knock on the door until someone answers. They will walk you to the bakery where you can choose and pay for your bread. They take cash and cards. Excellent bread at great prices. I paid $5 for a large loaf of sourdough bread. Would definitely recommend!
The Muffins are Bomb.Better than Starbucks!
First time and experienced top notch service!!! I love this bread! The rosemary bread is my favorite so far! A great local wholesale bakery in an industrial park behind a shopping center in Santa Fe Springs near Carmenita and Telegraph Road. The community was in love with the wonderful smell in the air that the owner decided to include retail sales.I found out about this bread through The Bee Hive, a wonderful restaurant in Whittier. No more bread from the local supermarket or farmers’market. This is the place to go if you live close by or just want to adventure!
Don’t buy the breadstick it’s old very bad
I found this place while searching Google for local bakeries and was enthralled by the feeling of backdoor/back alley dealings the reviews evoked. As mentioned, it’s a bit hidden down the alley and the gate looks closed but just head on in and go to the left of the loading dock. We picked up a sack of fresh loaves! Excellent.
The absolute best GF bread there is! You won’t even know it’s GF. So fluffy, tasty and hearty. Not like the store bought breads that are small and tasteless. They deliver quickly too! Highly recommend!!

We enlisted Melrose Baking Company to make one of our company's recipes for Natural Expo West samples. Our company is Meyenberg and they made our goat cheddar crackers using our goat milk butter and goat cheddar that we shipped down to them. They were wonderful to work with! They sent samples to ensure the recipe tasted as it was supposed to. The cheddar crackers were a huge hit at Expo West. They also delivered them to our hotel in Anaheim which was extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for another work event or for Expo West next year also!
Big applause for selling gluten free bread and it tastes really good. I couldn't find this quality anywhere. Pastries and muffins best ever. So lucky to find this location.
RON IS A WASTE OF SPACE AND HORRIBLE OWNER WHO DOESNT RESPECT VETERANS OR THEIR SACRIFICE FOR OUR COUNTRY ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FILED AN EEOC COMPLAINT FOR THE TERRIBLE HIRING PROCESS HE PUTS PPL THRU !! UNBELIEVABLE. INEXCUSABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!
Go today to get yours. I picked up a dozen of them, and they were all amazing. I liked their best seller in particular. I was never disappointed by their cakes.
This is not a normal retail store but a wholesaler that gives its overflow to the community and also sells to people who find their way into the business. You have to go through an alley and have to get there before 2PM (3PM?) and have to go up the stairs to the office, but it is well worth the trip. You get great bread at good prices and you know that the business is a business that returns its gains to the community.I hope the business succeeds even more.
