I honestly have never in here before but I saw the lines being so big and people saying you know it was their grand opening and I had to try it but man was I bad by coming here the food is not great the hot dogs are just standard hot dogs there's nothing special about them. If you've never been here it's kind of awkward the way you ordering you set up your Dynamic experience it's not the best.

everytime i come it’s always this long wait in the drive thru, i had to leave today because i went on a 30 minute lunch breakjust to waste my lunch waiting in line for 20 minutes and have to just leave without the food ever since they opened its been this problem

Best sonic location ever. Food and beverages always fresh but it’s the customer service that takes it over the top. One particular employee was so helpful- her name was Paula and her kindness and professionalism made me want to come back here again. Thanks again Paula!
I would give this sonic zero stars. I asked the lady I want more ketchup she says it’s in the bag ketchup Wow. Why are you guys stingy when a customer is asking for condiments?! This is unacceptable. On top of that they barely put any chili and cheese on my hot dog. I will not be coming back. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

I went to Sonic in Santa Fe springs about 6:30 last night. Ordered three double smashers and one single burger. They made four double smashers and got the order wrong. The burgers were horrible and they put way too much dressing. I will not go back
