So I came to this location lobby was closed due to staff problems i went in drive thru line wasn’t moving I got down because my 3 year had to use the restroom and the worker said he can’t let him in so my son peed on the side because he was denied to use the restroom in the rain I only asked if 3 year old can use the restroom

I dont know who the hell keeps putting caramel syrup on white chocolate mocha frappes but stop. It's horrible. Not everyone likes caramel. That frappe does NOT come with caramel either. So thank you for ruining the whipped cream on my drink once again. And your baristas need to do better about letting people know their drinks are ready. My SIL stood there for over 10 minutes waiting because she didn't know the drinks they put out were for her! They didn't say anything at all.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks because the workers that were there a while ago were efficient. The last two days I have gone to Starbucks during my lunch, I order through the app to make things “faster.” However, yesterday I spent about 15 minutes in the drive thru line to get one coffee. And yes, I know we also have the option the pick up in-store. But being that I am at lunch that’s why I did drive thru thinking it would be faster. I tend to do other errands on my lunch as well. Today, I went back for a coffee. I drove in and saw that there wasn’t a big line in the drive thru. So, I placed my order again on the app and thought since there wasn’t a big line it would be quick. Wrong! Was probably waiting a good 10-12 minutes. Okay, so the wait time is long. Big deal!
Nope, it doesn’t stop there. Both days yesterday and today I ordered the same coffee iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. $7.20… no biggie. But … I was literally done drinking what I thought was supposed to be coffee with oatmilk. No, it was a cup full of ice. Not half way, but FULL.. to the TOP!!! If I would’ve wanted ice I would’ve asked for a separate venti cup of ice. I also tried customizing my order today to choose the option of no ice” but it doesn’t give that option. I am disappointed and saddened because this Starbucks is the closest to my job but I will have to take my money somewhere else, where they give me actual coffee worth my money.

This location is very busy in the mornings. It takes a while to get mobile orders. The drive thru is packed and there's a very long line in the morning. The newly remodeled store looks beautiful inside. The employees are friendly!
