Starbucks

I am one of the managers of the 24 hr fitness across the parking lot and we love coming over here for our nightly coffees! The 2 girls there in the evenings (I think they might be cousins) lol are great! Very hardworking and make it a fun atmosphere. Kyle is very nice too!! He’s always a joy to talk to! Will forever only come to this Starbucks location!

I came here to escape my house for a bit, bad arguments. I was crying silently at a table. After I ordered, the barista walked over to me and checked up with me. She saw it was a bad day for me and offered me "a free sandwich or anything? Please just let us know." that made me cry pretty hard ngl lol. It's so nice to see caring people in the world like this. I know I'll pay it forward. Thank you again.

I just wanna express my gratitude and goes to show you what a positive attitude and a smile on your face will get you . On my birthday I want to say after a long day at work. Chandra, the young lady in the drive-through I believe her name was Chandra. She is a perfect example of excellent customer service. I appreciate her and all the staff there.

Where to start. Two crew members were flipping each other off in the back room. There were cardboard boxes in the lobby area (tripping hazard). Wait time was long. Lastly a barista touched her face and wiped her nose and continued to make drinks with out washing her hands.

A fast service Starbucks in Santa Fe Springs with ample parking. The sitting area is rather small with few tables for the customers to use.

Always Disappointed with my coffee at this location. Some how they can’t always get it right

I never thought I'd be sipping on a pink drink and get a bacon, guoda & eggs sandwich for breakfast, but here I am at Starbucks, living my best wacko life. Who knew that strawberries and coconut milk could taste so good together? Props to Starbucks for keeping it weird, but also keeping it delicious. Breakfast for dinner has never looked so good.

Went thru the drive thru on December 19 at 12:13 pm and a rude drive thru worker gave me attitude for her incompetence. She forgot to put caramel in my caramel mocha frappe then argues with me saying that I never ordered that. Once she corrected the order I thanked her and she closed the window in my face without saying anything.If you get an order wrong, simply fix it instead of blaming the customer.The worker in question was a pale looking girl, couldn’t catch her name.
