I come here every Saturday morning, and order for my coworkers and I. I realize when I come it is 6am but I ask for “Carmel drizzle” or for a “soft top” and most of the time I never get it. Like I said I realize it’s 6am we’re all tired but if ur gunna charge me for it, give it to me ! But overall good & reliable drive thru service !

What is Starbucks or any cafe without great service? The staff here does not disappoint. Courteous and smiling friendly.

Caffe Mocha is so much better than overseas so that’s a bonus!

Place tho is old and needs some loving repair care.

Went there at 6:15pm 45 mins before they supposedly close and when I got there waited about 5 mins at the drive thru no one answered and went to the door it’s locked it’s pretty frustrating change your guys time could of went to another store down the street but didn’t have enough time to go.

Don’t expect to be welcome at this place. My husband and I were sitting there waiting for someone, we were going to order drinks after the person we were waiting for arrived, a very rude tall, female black employee with puffy hair spoke to us from the counter literally telling us to “get out if we were not going to order”, at that point we just had to exit, my husband and I had to wait for our friend somewhere else, we’re not going to this location again.

They just close their store and only accept for drive-thru but they did not update it on the app . They are rude they tried to make me to take my car to drive thru even though I told them it was pick up on the app. Don't go there they don't want to work and unfriendly.

Warning ⚠️ *****Do not go to this Starbucks ⚠️keep driving*****
I went to this Starbucks daily and however today I was in the drive-thru for a venti pike and I was profiled and humiliated by the manager of this branch and was told I was not able to smoke a cigarette (mind you I’m in my car at a drive thru window) and that it was company policy. However there’s no signs up and I called the corporate office and the rule does not exist nor can anyone tell you that their policy extends past their four walls.
The manager of this branch is the worst in history.
I understand being power driving however she is hurting the Starbucks brand.
I believe Amanda or whatever the manager name is needs coaching or possibly termination
She is totally giving this company a bad name and at this point I will never return to this Starbucks again

Store should be aware of surrounding warehouses which have employees that work night shift, meaning a later close time would be good.

Lady taking drive thru orders is waaaaay too loud that it actually hurt my ear. The manager leave much to be desired when it comes to customer service. She started yelling at me because I was rude while being upset. I have been there many times and everyone else knows how to speak at a normal tone and I’ve told them they have a pleasant voice. I will never go there again.The corporate would be better off to replace them.
