This Starbucks is in a very small plaza in the corner of 2 busy cross streets. There is very limited parking and the whole area can get pretty congested with traffic, especially during that 8-9am range. Yes, they have a drive-thru, and yes you can order ahead on the app, but if you're in any kind of rush in the morning, you'd probably be better off going to another location. Aside from that, this location is actually decent. The workers are always friendly, and they actually make their drinks pretty well, compared to other nearby stores.

had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Starbucks. I waited in a long drive through line for over 5 minutes just to place an order. When I finally got to the window and paid with a $100 bill the cashier told me she didn’t have change. How does a busy Starbucks with constant traffic not have change? Instead of helping she just stared at me like I was the problem. I told her I had waited all that time to not get my food and she still didn’t do anything. When I asked for her name she walked away without saying a word. Another worker came to the window and said she could give me coins as change which made no sense at all. I explained the same thing again and then she walked away too. At that point I had wasted time in line and left with nothing. This is horrible customer service. It is unprofessional to walk away from a customer and refuse to resolve an issue. If Starbucks can’t handle something as basic as having change available then this location needs better management and training. Customers deserve respect and service not attitude and silence.
I only drink decaf coffee because of my body's particular sensitivity to caffeine. This time they made me regular coffee, 30 minutes later my blood pressure dropped sharply and I couldn't drive, which almost led to trouble. I had to pull over. I ask the staff to be more responsible with the order, since decaf is drunk by people who are contraindicated by doctors to drink caffeine.

This starbucks is my go to, I stop by this drive thru on my way to work about 2-3 times per week. My favorite drink used to be the oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso, but now I've switched to the new horchata one, this starbucks makes it the best tasting. Customer service is great, always giving me a good start to my morning thanks to Victor and Brenda. I highly recommend this location

I come here every Saturday morning, and order for my coworkers and I. I realize when I come it is 6am but I ask for “Carmel drizzle” or for a “soft top” and most of the time I never get it. Like I said I realize it’s 6am we’re all tired but if ur gunna charge me for it, give it to me ! But overall good & reliable drive thru service !
